“Save yourself the financial loss and find a more reputable accommodation. I strongly advise prospective tenants to avoid this PG as the management does not honor rental agreements regarding security deposits. Despite serving a formal notice of over a month and vacating properly, the owner has refused to refund my money, ignoring all subsequent follow-ups. If you choose to stay here, treat your deposit as a sunk cost that will not be returned regardless of your compliance with the rules.”
