We got denied to get a room only because my passport is from Netherlands. Not recommended for foreigners. Very rude service at the reception. The neighbour hotel offered us a room and we had a very lovely stay there. Edit: reply to the message from the hotel, we had all the documents required, visa passport. We even said we had the passport and visa but we got send away. So the reason that is given is an excuse. The hotel lacks hospitality and clearity.
