Why the score — what people flag

Poor parking. Stack parking like the one we have in malls is given in this so called luxury project of Brigade. Maintenance cost of stack parking is separate from the normal maintenance cost you pay for society. Stack capacity has weight capacity of 2 tons only, if it would have been 2.5 ton, it would have been still acceptable. Height clearance of the stack parking is also not sufficient. You can not have 2 compact SUV’s.

The security at the exit gate is extremely disrespectful and rude . We did not know about doing our entry on the app and he started yelling at us despite telling him that we were guests . Extremely rude behaviour from them .

I know this review will soon be marked and taken down by builders side. But I will keep on posting.Each word of this review can be sworn upon. It is truth. I enquired about this property i.e. Burgundy tower around few days back.This is a pre-RERA property. so RERA id doesn't exist for this. OC has been received. Project looks green with a unique structure, flats are spacious.Brigade call it as there Luxury project. Pros: - ==== - Unique structure - Spacious. - I am not building material expert but looks like good quality work, though in past people have reported seepage and stinking issues. - Good lush green campus. - Pool, tennis court, cricket cemented pitch, children play area - basketball court and club house. - Small guest parking. - A 10 acre ppt , around 460 flats which looks adequate, only two towers of 35-36 floors. - Decathlon nearby 100 mtrs - 8 lane highway. - A brigade mall nearby with Cinema (minimal brands exist there). - Cons: - ==== - Small washrooms. - The lift lobby area and balcony from lobby to flat is with a rough finish. (ok ok types) - Work is going on real slow. - Other issues have been reported in past like seepage from wooden floors and water flooding

Situated in a secluded area, access to basic day to day essentials is difficult. Road facing flats are noisy even with window closed which are supposed to be sound proof also as a side-effect it also leaves Patio unused. Poor post purchase support leads to delayed or no resolution.

location is nice .one of the old talk building in that location..one of the old tall building in that location. But some how my experience was not upto the mark.probably my expectations was high on brigade.,visited once to check one 2nd sale unit , did not like the lay out . The building looks great, also the location, but two reviews of people staying there caught my attention. One (3 years ago)had said that wooden flooring in bedroom had to be removed because of water flowing into it and that plumbing was not good, seepage problems and during monsoons water in corridors etc. Has this been addressed in the new Tower? The other (2 years ago)said that during rains it looks like living on an island with basement and club house submerged in water! Have the issues of flood water been addressed?

This place has far too many problems, plumbing designs are inept at best, and we have repeated and severe issues with plumbing. Corridor designs are bad. Inadequate car parks have been planned. Updating my earlier review based on sustained senior management involvement to resolve our issues. While we have had serious issues, the willingness of the management to accept the issues and work with the owners to resolve this is better than I have seen with any other builder

Seems good. But, is it true that maintainance is 12k per month? What about pharma companies polluting the ground water as highlighted by somebody and also flood like situation might arise because of layout
