My frnd recently joined this PG where they only collected one month’s rent and said there was no advance. Later, we didn’t like the PG and decided to shift. When we informed them about vacating, they asked us to pay vacating charges, which we were not aware of. We refused to pay and moved to a different PG. Note: Before joining any PG, make sure to read and understand all the rules and regulations (agreement) clearly to avoid such issues.
