“Pros 1) No water problem. 2) A lunch box is provided 3 days a week. Food is ok, we have to adjust morning idly, tamarind/lemon rice, poori, dosa, upma, semiya, chapatti. Afternoon daily dhall / sambar. Night same rice with sambar/ dhall + roti with any sabji (capcicum/brinjal/carrot/beetroot) 3) Self cooking is available but the stove and cooking place was not maintained well and very dirty. Sometimes non veg is not allowed to cook. 4) The fridge is provided but not maintained with a clean bad smell. 5) A water purifier and dispenser were provided. 6) near to bus stop and metro. Cons 1) Pg was not well maintained, dustbins and garbage waste , food waste are dumped in front of the pg and creating a bad smell and flies and coming out of it. 2)Rooms and restrooms are not cleaned properly. After moping to get a bad smell. The same water is used for all room mopping. 3)Screens, windows, mats, and fans have not been cleaned for more than a year. 4)Sometimes the washing machine is not working. 5) A family is maintaining the pg, many times kids will make noise and relatives/friends. Disturbance while working and attending meetings and Even sleeping during our offs. 6) 10.30 PM doors are”

“One of the good pgs in the area. The owner's pretty kind as well. Stayed here for about 7 months. But before vacating make sure you inform a month prior or you're definitely loosing the deposit, even if you have a genuine reason.”

Soumya Paul★★★★★Worthless. Worst quality of food is served, sometimes they don't serve the food. Behaviour is too bad. They says that lift and washing machine is available but neither the lift nor the washing machine is there. Doesn't even deserve one star. PS. The owner claims that they have world class Kone Lift(!). Dear Mr. Srinivas, please post the picture of the lift in working condition. Also please provide the picture of the food you serves.
