The worst pg I’ve ever stayed at. Firstly, the property is crazy expensive for NOTHING. The standards are so low and hygiene is also poor. The washrooms stink and have open windows paving way for tons of mosquitoes. Secondly, The management sucks. Nobody is responsive once you pay them. All their payments are centralised so they keep throwing blames at each other and do nothing about it. Property manager stops picking up calls if you raise issues, senior management will keep dodging your issues and simply not respond. I didn’t not get my promised refund back. Horrible experience. 10/10 NOT RECOMMENDED.

The most pathetic place to live in with washrooms not getting cleaned up and rooms are absolutely unhygienic. They are never cleaned to the basic standards, dust, cobwebs, mosquitos and spiders. I have been living since Dec 2024 and there has been a thread of complaints that I have raised in their portal almost every month without change in attitude till date.

I came in January in this place . The exhaust was not there and the bathroom stincks . They have increased the rent 4 times till August. The increased rent notice was given just a week before increasing the rent and they demand the notice period for one month . They have literally texted that if you don't pay the rent , the items will not be there responsibility. There are many who are fed up with the increased rent without any services . They have forced the girls and said we will not be responsible for your items in 3 days . They are demanding 20k for double sharing without any prior notice. They dint pick up the phone at any cost and send such messages which directly affects the privacy of people especially girls .
