STAY AWAY – DO NOT TRUST THEM Avoid this place at all costs—even by accident. The owners are extremely greedy and dishonest. I stayed here for a few months, and when I moved out, they refused to return my full security deposit. They handed me only a portion of the amount and promised to transfer the rest the same day, but that was a complete lie. It’s been over a week now, and they’ve stopped answering my calls altogether. They effectively scammed me. This is not just unprofessional—it’s unethical. Please do not trust them or fall for their false assurances.

Very very bad experience…no hygiene in rooms&bathroom. No proper cleaning. No hygiene for food serving. Insects are running on our body during sleeping. The 3 owners are very bad . They will turn off the electricity freequently

Very bad pg in this place....The landlords here asking a lot of money for many people here.I came here two months ago I had 5500 rupees then.and the last week rent was 6000 rupees.it seems to them that the rent is not the same for all students.The food is very bad.Not safe for girls. They provide no security...the behaviour of the owner is very bad..He treats the nursing students who stay there very badly. Toilet is very unhygeinic.you will get a lot of other good pg s here.But do not fall in to this pg.....This is a trap

Worst pathetic disgusting owners and pg...Pg owner Naushad and Abdul are a conman who loot people. I was *threatened* if in case I didn't pay extra money... they increase the room rate overnight by 500rs on a daily basis....imPlease don't come here for God's sake...there are lot of rooms nearby....
