“Just a bunch of time killing people. especially tushar. the backend team of stanzaliving says one price 8000 rent + 5000 deposit, on call tushar said one price 9000 rent. Agreeing for that I come to the location, another price 10200 by manager. on top of that water 800 and electricity 200. Time killing people. Useless fellows, U keeps what every the price, I am least bothered. Its left to the people to accept. But DON'T make people roam here and there saying different price. So that we can decide whether to visit or not to save our time. BE GENUINE ON CALL ITSELF.”

Food is always short, often stale, served late, or brought chilled from far away. Electricity bills are manipulated, internet is unreliable, and there’s no vehicle parking or security. Doors can’t even be locked properly from inside. The so-called Resident Captain is useless—always in his room, stops replying once their sales pitch is done, and provides no support. For the high charges they demand, this place is a scam and a nightmare to live in. Stay far away”

I didnt have water for 4 days, no proper wifi, the washing machine doesnt work. They management is pretty poor and the worst ive ever seen. Very unhygienic, the caretakes are rude and not responsible. They are refusing to return our security deposit: they refuse to provide proper information and give us the contact for the people who are incharge.Wifi has bad signal.They are not giving any receipts for the guests staying,veri dissatisfied with their service.No communication from their end,especially Aman,the sales guy,cuts the phone while we’re talking.They’re asking us to move out of their residence and not paying the security deposit.Telling us to read the agreement,brother himself doesn’t know about the agreement and denying us our refund. Their business is doomed to go down.

They will take electricity bill excluding rent. Would definitely not recommend this place. Too delayed responses and actions. There are better ways to waste money, find something better.

The food provided is poor in quality, and the electricity bill is often unexpectedly high (something more then 2500 rupees for a single person). After moving out, they deduct a fixed 500 rupees from the security deposit, along with an additional 1000 rupees for no clear reason. The rooms are not good and maintenance is inadequate, making the living conditions unsatisfactory.
