“I want to give -ve marking but there is no option. There is nothing in this hotel like they show in their pictures. Toilets are not in working condition, rooms are unhygienic. Too bad to be a hotel! Minus me rating honi chaiye ise dene k liye.very dirty please check the glasses on wall you will find used con***ms.. Not at all cleaned ... Room Num #209 my stay was horrible.. Only food was good..No value for money.. I never saw hotel like this before..”

unais atr★★★★★I would like to raise a complaint regarding my recent experience at O M and M Hospitality. I had booked a room through the OYO application, but upon arrival, the receptionist, Mr. Raj Khan, demanded extra money beyond the confirmed booking amount. Despite showing the booking details, he insisted on additional payment and behaved very rudely and unprofessionally. Due to his unacceptable behavior and overcharging attempt, we decided to leave the property. This incident caused great inconvenience and disappointment, as we trusted OYO for a smooth and fair experience. Kindly take strict action against Mr. Raj Khan and ensure such incidents do not happen to other customers in the future. I request a full investigation and appropriate action from your side. shanid shakir★★★★★That was the worst experience happened to us. We had been forced to pay extra payment for our stay by exploiting our midnight entry. Also they didn't provide accomodation in the hotel we booked, they forced us to be in a different hotel, they were reluctant to site the reason behind the same, we had to rely on auto for reaching there. There wasn't anyone to receive us in the reception, we waited at the reception along with one another family for the staff to appear, since there was no sign of him appearing any sooner we contacted the call option available, the one who attended the call informed that the staff is having dinner and will reach the hotel soon. We waited almost 45 minutes for the staff to appear. Also the renovation of the property is still underway. Stare and corridor are full of dust. Room is comparatively clean. If I had option for giving them zero rating I would have done that. Pathetic.

Ajit Kumar★★★★★Full of smelling room . You can not even bridth. There is big lane which is full of smoke and smell and room with without window and no AC woking. Then I asked him that bald hair guy move me in the place where window is there. Then he said the cost would 2500 to 3500. Knowing that now I m in trap .. because it situated on Hyderabad highway with no any hotel surrounding. Then somehow managed uber i came out of that trap . I could give negative rating

Shreeram Mirji★★★★★This is scam happened with me on 1st of jan 2025 4:00am I called to the number that available in the google it connects to oyo then I booked room for 794 when I went to the location they are saying like we will not give rooms to at that rate then I called customer care they again and again saying will connect you to support team but they have not done it and I didn’t get room then again I paid 1800 for hours of stay he didn’t even give a bill invoice. Shubam Raghuvanshi may be he works in the night shift he received payment for his personal number before his shift over he told me to check out. Very bad experience with oyo and this Flagship M and M hospitality.

Upon reaching to the hotel, manager of the hotel informed me that I have to pay triple of the charges showing in OYO. I called OYO customer service but I haven't got any help from their side. With no other option left, I paid that money but the room I got is totally unclean, full of mosquito, non functional AC and filthy bathroom. My two takeaways: 1. Never book a hotel from OYO. They lured customer and then they harass. 2. Do not book this hotel. Unprofessional stuff.

k G★★★★★Hello everyone, Pay your attention to this review! I booked this hotel from make my trip which costs around 400 rupees. All the way I travel from 70 kms to reach this hotel. Once I entire there his (manager/reception/idiot) what was the price which u payed from the app (I used make my trip) , so I replied this is the amount I payed he immediately replied not possible you can cancel it. I said how I can cancel I traveled all the way to here you leave me middle of the road. You can do whatever you want, if you pay 2000 I will give you the room. Then I talk to property owner he's talking very very rude to me. I recommend you all please don't book from this hotel. Thanks for your patience to read.

Hrishikesh Bhattacharyya★★★★★Worst rooms. They forced extra charges for rooms. No housekeeping. No cleanliness. Location is not that good. No proper banner of the same name. Bathrooms are not good and even bathroom doors are broken. Rooms filled with Mosquitoes and AC is not working properly. The behaviour of manager and stuffs are rude. TV is not working. Worst experience of my life. Please don't stay here.

Paul Robinson★★★★★PLEASE Don't stay here!! I was aware of the scam before I got to the hotel having already paid 700 INR online. I thought another 1000 on top wouldn't be too bad, only needed the room for 9 hours, use some internet, shower and rest. When I got there the young chap was trying to tell me the price was 2400 or something silly. I just gave him what I could and cracked on. The electric was off most of the day with no back up, didn't switch emergency on until it went dark. The AC won't work anyway even with electric. There is NO wifi at all anywhere in this hotel. Rooms are very dated and dirty. There wasn't even a towel so couldn't get a shower. You can't sleep because of the noise of travellers kicking off as they're getting scammed too one by one. It was a very, very, long day. So yourself a favour guys, you are worth better, go elsewhere.

Even they charged for water bottle all the time and no free breakfast provided by the hotel. Badsheet were very dirty. This property is not family friendly. For 3 night stay they charged me total 8k with meals

SHIVESH YADAV★★★★★WORST !! IT IS A SCAM !! if you book it via oyo they straightaway decline your checkin at the hotel . When we reached there at 1:00 am at night , we were told that they cant give us room as we have booked from oyo and they only accept CASH!!! And demanded ₹1800 cash instead which was priced at ₹922 at oyo ! We had to travel back to another hotel and had to go through such huge hassle of initiating refund process as it was a non-refundable booking . When OYO customer care services called the hotel staff they refused them ( oyo ) for our checkin . Wouldn't recommend you to book it . Would've given zero stars if that was an option .

DONT EVER VISIT here .. my parents were senior citizens heading for theerthyatra but after fully paid and confirmed booking through OYO ..our parents landed on this hotel at 11.30PM in night, after reaching the hotel the manager started demanding extra money i.e double price, these hotel people does not have any curtesy.. all money minded people fraud and cheaters.

I'm booking through OYO and they take booking advance 200 but after reaching hotel, hotel owner said they aren't related with oyo and they charged Rs.1500 for the room. Till now OYO have not return my advance payment. The hotel owner behavior was soo rude. Please don't stay or book this hotel.
