⚠️ Honest review – please read before considering this PG I stayed here for some time and unfortunately my experience was not positive. When I faced a financial emergency, I informed the owner in advance that my rent payment might be delayed by a few days and assured that I would clear it by 7th March. However, I was told to vacate immediately and was not given any flexibility despite explaining the situation. During this time, another person was ready to take the same bed with an advance payment and a higher rent, which made the situation feel even more pressured for me to leave quickly. The conversation with the owner became uncomfortable and stressful. Some allegations about rule violations were mentioned during the discussion, which I strongly disagree with. Because of the situation and the pressure to vacate, I decided it was better to leave the PG. After moving out, my ₹3000 security deposit was also not returned. I am sharing this purely as my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision before choosing this PG. It may be a good idea to clearly understand the policies regarding rent delays and deposits before moving in.

What I like about this PG are the staff who work here. They are highly dedicated and work hard to maintain this PG. They are very friendly and greet us with sincerity. Facilities are very good. The owner is very caring and will see to our well being. This is a peaceful PG and it's really well maintained.
