HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT My cousin had initially paid 10,000 as a caution deposit for the room. Due to COVID, she hadn't started staying there. But now they're saying they can't give it to her as that deposit isn't considered anymore! What stupid rule is that?! They're straight up thieves for doing this. We weren't told beforehand that our deposit wouldn't be considered after a year. On top of this, the owner was very rude during the conversation and showed no manners whatsoever. I highly recommend that you do not consider this pg as they have no ethics!

PG is good. But the maintenance is not proper. It is not worth to give the deposit. 5000 rs/- is deducted from deposit for the maintenance . But, nothing is done with the amount. I won't recommend this P G to anyone else. Even food quality is worst.

One of my friend's was going to join this PG and paid 10k as a deposit.The management agreed that she could join the PG once her college begins. But due to covid her college reopned after a year (now) and they told her the deposit has expired and she has to pay additional 10K to join again. They did not agree to refund as well! So definitely 1 star!

Worst place ever, the images are really good seeing tat I went there, it very much dirty , flushes and washing machine don't work..and more over the maid doesn't come for a very long tym.. not spacious...food is bad... Even wardens room is damn bad ...dirty place ...never recommend... would only give quarter star out of 100 I left the pg alone as i got a better place , not with frinds or anyone ..it is my opnion and stick on it, ....please never did thought to hurt ur feeling but hope u would provide much better place for girls

Worst management . My family was looted by them. They refused to return a caution deposit of 10k even though we didnt join..and they didnt inform us previously that we wouldnt get it back. And they had told us you can join whenever the college reopens. Also, no expiration date was told.

I'm staying in this pg since 2 years.Mostly all kinds of facilities are available here like study room, washing machine, 24 hr wifi, cooking area etc. And the main thing about this pg is its located in kankanady junction itself where you'll get any essentials nearby.

PG is good, fully furnished. Wifi facility, hot water, food, cooking facility is made available here. Currently Pg is maintained very good (depends on the maid). Owners are always at your reach and will show quick response for anykind of problem. Best suitable for working women.
