“The owner took away the deposit money . We had to leave urgently due to family problems and location issues. The owner never gave any refund . Also the food was below average and bathrooms were very unhygienic not maintained well. I would never reccomend it to anyone.”

New Building, co living place, Boys N Girls stay together, so If Anyone Has security concern, then This place Must Be Avoided, No restriction, Gate Is Alws open, only u r secure In ur room, cooking Available only on Induction, utensils r Not Available, Food Is Average, Not very Nice, options r very less, u will Get same Food Alws, outside Food Is Allowed, on weekend they prepare Good Food, But limited Food, like u can’t take extra Food. cupboard, Bed, pillow , office table chair Available, washing Machine (it Makes ur cloth More Dirty Because they Don’t clean It, so Better Don’t use It) Fridge (things Get stolen every Day very easily) play zone Is common For Boys N Girls, terrace Is Also there, Rent Is expensive, Also they Force everyone to put Good reviews, very Nearby to Bagmane Building,”

Sudhanshu Nain★★★★★- Dead environment, people don’t interact with each other, everyone is just packed in their rooms and don’t do shit interaction - Food is not that great - Cleaning staff is tricksy - pg owner is little money minded, he took full month rent when i only had to stay for 19 days.

Suneet S★★★★★Stayed there for a month and a half. There are hidden charges and owners are rude and even when you try to talk peacefully they shout. Even though I stayed only for 1.5 months I had to pay for 2 months rent( the room got vacant just before I joined, so they didn't have an empty room reserved for me). Also there is power cut almost daily, and multiple times in a day. Choose any other pg for your own sake.

Shanthi★★★★★This PG is not at all a good place to stay unless you want to waste money. They don't return security deposit and owners are very rude. They have rules laid out to snatch your money. Frequent power cuts and no back up will make your living even more miserable.

Puneet Sangal★★★★★Very bad pg, owner don't have a sense to talk and also they don't refund the security and even ask to pay for full month, even if we are moving in after 15 or 16 pf that month. If we ask for refund, owner will fight with you and won't listen for you at all. Very bad pg , though nearby pgs are too good
