Poor quality food & no hygienic But after the ownership everything became the worst. There is no respect for tenants at all. The new owners are very rude, money-minded, and talk in a disrespectful way. They don’t care about safety or comfort, only about collecting rent. Even if you inform them about vacating,time advance nt giving they threaten and speak badly instead of understanding. They show favoritism and make you feel uncomfortable staying here.

Not as Clean as expected Won't clean unless you ask them to Ah.. and mainly washroom is beyond horrible, I belive it's not been cleaned for ages now and no proper Water supply to rooms and food is not bad but you won't ever get warm food... And oh... You can surely expect to see the cigarette wastes left behind as memorabilia by previous tenants. Still up to you....

I have been here since 7 months, they are providing delicious food both Andhra food as well as north food. Rooms are very big, convenient and no water problem here especially maintenance is very good. every week end we play cricket) , ground is near to us for walking and jogging. and also white filed and ITPL very near us we can go to office by bycycle. especially every bed has one power plug box.

My Honest Review of Charan PG The overall experience has been good so far. The Wi-Fi is decent and works well most of the time, which is helpful for both work and entertainment. Food is better than what I expected from a PG—it's simple, homemade-style, and usually served on time. The facilities like regular cleaning, and basic maintenance are taken care of properly. Each person gets a locker, so there's no worry about keeping valuables safe. Hot water is available, which is definitely a must, especially in the mornings. In my opinion, it’s a nice place to stay—nothing too fancy, but definitely comfortable and reliable.
