I had a terrible experience at this PG. The room was infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. The owner, his wife, and daughter were rude and charged more than agreed, with a complete lack of hygiene. I strongly advise against staying at this PG.

Worst pg has rats and cockroach contamination. My bag was bit by rats. Yes, the washrooms are cleaned daily, but the rooms are absolutely dirty. Rooms are small if you take 3 or 4 sharing its bearly breathable. Even the mattresses are dirty.

Dress , parcels, are stolen by some people.no cctv working, they will increase the rent amount after you joined the pg within 3 months . Please don't choose this pg. Unhygienic pg ever. Cockroaches, bedbugs everything is there. Refrigerators and lifts are not maintained. If u ask owner for any help they just won't care whether u ll live or die because obviously they will not have to pay ur hospital bills. If u really want to come and check for the room the best way to know about the truth is go to any floor and ask to open their refrigerator ull be shocked to see.

Worst pg ever. Things get stolen, money from rooms, only dal everyday(which is very bad). If you value your mental health do not shift to this pg, the owner (dad) is really nice but they have no value for any person staying or take any feedback. Personally i have lost money and clothes from this pg. Do not even consider. There are better pgs nearby itself do consider those.

Very very worst pg I hav seen in bangalore. Aunty n uncle behaved very badly with me. They used very bad words to me n my friends. No hot water. No cleaning. Food s not at all good. They ll yesterday's food in fridge n give the same next day. Only pappu n alu n rice they give. I found it's very very bad. I'm suggesting fiends not to join this pg.

​I stayed in this PG in 2024, and it was an absolute nightmare. I am writing this to heartily advise anyone looking at this place: please, do not stay here. ​Here is the reality of this PG: ​Extremely Unhygienic Food: The food is completely worst. One day, I personally saw the owner using their bare hands to take curry out of the vessel, pour water into it to stretch it, and serve it. That gross disregard for hygiene was the exact moment I decided to vacate. ​Zero Security: There are no security measures in place, and things frequently get stolen. ​Rude and Careless Management: The owners do not care about the residents at all. If you face any health issues or emergencies, they will not care even if you die. ​The Nightmare of Vacating: ​When I decided to leave around the 14th of the month, I already knew they wouldn't return my advance deposit because of how corrupt they are. However, it got much worse. On the day I was vacating, they literally held my luggage hostage. They blocked me and refused to let me take my bags unless I paid the rent for the next month. ​As a girl alone in Bangalore who didn't fully know how things worked, I was trapped there debating with them for two hour

Pros: 1. I like the blooming dale layout it's one of the good neighbourhoods with broad roads, nice to go on morning and evening walks in my opinion. 2. I've never faced water problems whether at night or mornings. Central geyser is installed for hot water. 3. As it is an old OLD building the rent prices are negotiable to certain extent in comparison to other pgs in Sarjapur area. 4. They provide one shared table and chair. 5. Plus point for power backup. 6. None of my clothes were stolen from terrace. 7. Delivery services can easily find this accomodation. 8. They returned my advance money when I left the pg. 9. As for the monthly rent it's a decent place you'd get street food nearby, malls and bus stops at a walking distance. 10. They allowed finger print entry and exit now. Cons: 1. Cockroaches everywhere, in the kitchen, inside the cupboards, washroom I mean it gets filthy. 2. For a few months there were no dedicated cleaning maids, garbage was piling up hence more cockroaches. 3. Owners are stingy and don't pay the workers on time so you'd notice people leaving in months time. It's your luck whether you get a good cook or not ! It's quite a good PG. The food quality is a bit degrading nowadays. It was good earlier. Rooms are cleaned almost regularly. But the maintenance of other services is not proper like the fridge, washing machine etc. Wifi is slow most of the time.
