And that owner aunty is cruel and cunning, while u join she will act innocent. And then after some days u can see her original shade. Don't join this pg, unless u want to suffer. Food is very bad, they use all materials of cheap quality, I rarely eat here, got food poisoning once when I ate here, and most of the time, they give rice and sambhar as food. Not only that, they serve you stale food from the previous meal. Hygiene is zero. This is the worst pg in this area, for the same price you'll get good pgs here. Advance plus maintenance is 3000. They say we will return only 1500 when u inform 1 month prior. I agree the infrastructure is good, because the building is new but the rest of the facilities are worse. I am vacating this month, I'm so frustrated ”
