This pg is good, food is good, But this owner never take care Those dogs. these dogs are like an unemployed security guard for this Pg. Even though These dogs are unofficial security guards. this owner not even taking care of anything about this dogs . This owner is very not pet friendly see. I will tell you one thing about this Owner. Just imagine one person who is not taking care of their pet. How will he will take care of the tenant???

Makes you wait a long time in queu for food. Rooms are clean. Wifi loses connection often. Owner has stupid reasons for everything. The people serving food are very very rude, it affects your peace of mind.

Worst place to shift.. Cost is too high, as compared to the hospitality.. People there don't know what courtesy is.. WiFi is also poor.. The worst of all is food and Washing Machine.. Lift is there, but half of the time it is out of order..

Owner is rude..when my friend reviewed the same thing he replied that we will do parties in room n our room is like garbage..we r new to bangalore n we don't know anyone to party.second thing is you have never visited our room to see how it is.if u can't face criticism, these kinda replies gonna come..

Stayed in this pg for 4 months in double sharing, 4th floor, 2023, Rent - 10000, deposit - 4000, deposit returned after leaving - 2500, no other cost Pros: 1) Clean PG 2) Rooms were spacious for the given rent 3) Location was good 4) Quantity of food was good 5) Wifi was decent 6) No bed bugs 7) Most of the food was fresh 8) Mostly silent inside the room, not a lot of noise 9) Nice, friendly dogs for security Cons: 1) My room had broken locks of cupboard, broken switch boards, broken fan regulator, TV didn't even switch on, told the owner but he didn't get it fixed 2) Food gravy taste was very bad, chapatis were not good, sambar was not good, north indians won't be able to eat the food served 3) You have to stand in line for a long time before you will get food and when you get your turn you will have to quickly take the food otherwise other people will push you, some people think they are boss they won't even get in line, owner will say nothing to them, food servers are understaffed 4) Bed is small 5) My room had foul smell many times, not sure what the reason was 6) My room also was very hot, upper floors were really hot, had to keep the fan in full even when raining outside wi

Owner is the biggest drawback for this pg....he will answer arrogantly for everything you question....food is good when compared to other pgs in Bangalore....Rooms are good but cost is high for its food....If you ignore owner and his arrogant nature....you can choose it.
