I just recently came out of this PG even before completing a month...The management is so irresponsive they won't bother at all what you say....By seeing the amenities and rooms one feels like This will be good but after we enter and experience the problems come one by one ..no proper food..no maintenance etc ....The bike parking we have to find where we parked ....It's like a hell in that one....

One Of The Worst Pg they told us 24 x 7 hot water come but i stay here from 24days and i face daily the problem of cold water and if i called that staff then they said please adjust this is a new building that means i paid them for adjustment not for facilities and building is in an under construction so if you come here then check first all facilites provide by them is all ok or not. and Mess Hall , Washing Machine, Lift is also not Ready.

I have stayed this place for 2 years completely initially it was good during reopen after pandamic but once more people started to come everything changed Hot water you wont get hot water anytime they will tell you 24hrs hot water will be available, except some rooms near to top floor will get, even you complaint 100 times they will say they will fix it but they wont wifi if you are doing any wfh by here don't relay on wifi it won't be stable most of the time internet will not available or it will be dead slow Food no change in menu for last 2 years and afternoon is very worst, they will say 3 days non veg but in nights 2 days will be one single egg and sunday chicken for 3 pcs small pcs they will give, even roadside shop if you pay 30 rs you will eat more. Lift it wont work 10 days in alternative months and they won't fix immediately if you are above 3 floors you will be exhausted washing machine for entire pg 4 machines will be there on that too always 2 will be in repair condition, so all the time it will be unavailable Cleanness as you can see in videos i won't say anyword about Cleanness, they will come twice in a week to clean but they won't clean properly just wip

Worst!!! Don’t go to this place.. they say it’s premium and we end up paying upto 13k and you get nothing for that 1) food is crap and very unhygienic. 2) they don’t clean the room 3) very rude staff.. There is this guy in the front office who will use abusive language when we questioned as to why he left another person in my bed when I was away for a week. There are better pg who charge half of the price to provide food and other amenities. Please don’t go to this place.. Big scammers, don’t get trapped

They are scamming the simple people like us who are coming for job purpose and all if you are good to them they will scam you like never imagined don’t be good with them i lost my 7500k without deriving any benefit i didn’t got to stay for long and lost all the money they didn’t give my deposit back and also took extra money and there is no presence of owner or help and support system to get a help. If this review is found by owner pls help we are simple beings just wanted to be treated well.

Only problem with the PG is their support staff headed by some TR Bhatt. I stayed for 6 months but when I asked for the deposit he started telling stories that need to give an advance notice. These people will be the reason for the decline of SS Stays. If owner of the PG is reading this then make sure to provide what you are offering. I was paying 22 k and food was ok. Staff was asking for additional money if I ask to clean the room. Those people who are coming from North try to avoid this SS Stays Aura. Everything is acceptable but staff was not good. They were not able to change the shoe rack which I requested in January 2024.

Third class pg. It's awful. If you're a vegetarian don't even think about coming here. The only want money and don't give any service. In afternoon they will made only rice and dal. No sabzi you will find. They have 2 boys in management, who are very bad. If anything happens in your room they will be like ok we will make it right but never do that but once your month is over they will immediately come for money. These are just money looters. Not recommended at all.

1. U wont get hot water most of the days 2. Worst wifi service. if you are doing any wfh by here don't relay on wifi it won't be stable most of the time internet will not available or it will be dead slow. These r the basic needs in pg... That itself is worst.

Accommodation is good but I have given 1 star for their staff behaviours, there are some 6 to 7 small nepali workers, they will never treat you like a guest instead make u feel like they are the jail workers and not ready to show even a least respect to guests, they have so much of attitude and if u ask them a question or suggestion about their room cleaning and all they will come to fight with us, I had been staying in so many PGs earlier but never came across such rude and ill-mannered guys, I heard the same from many of my PG mates also, told this to management so many times but it is of no use, unless the management strictly warn them and to teach them how to behave with guest, we will keep suffering. Hope the management will see this and change them with polite people.

Do not go in that PG, they won't return your deposit easily. They made me cry for 2 weeks to get my deposit back and charged 800 rs because i left the keys in the room while leaving and one of their employees lost the keys

Extremely unethical management, I had a good time in the PG but they have not paid my security deposit back, it's been more than a month since I vacated the place, they either don't answer the calls or do not respond properly when I bring up the deposit. They always procrastinate it.

One Month Complete Here But Till Now Not Solve The Problem Of Hot Water And Still Lift, Washing Machine, Food Hall Also Not Ready. And That Not Properly Managed By Indra Bhatt & Mahesh Bhatt. I Requesting To SSSTAYS Owner To First Solve That All Problems And After That Telling Everyone To Come In Your Pg. And Indra Bhatt Told Like This You Come And Stay That's The All Problems Will Solve In A Week But He Not Capable To Solve Problems Within One Month And He Told It's New Building Please Adjust So That Means I Paid 1500 Maintenance Fees For Adjustment ?
