This PG is one of the worst places I have stayed. The maintainers are careless and irresponsible. Food is extremely bad, not even good for one proper meal a day. It is unhygienic and caused me digestion problems and constipation. There is no proper hygiene. The same people clean rooms and toilets and also handle vegetables and cooking. Rats are seen near the kitchen, which clearly shows the hygiene condition here. Think again before joining this PG. The reality is completely different than you see on their website.

I initially considered this PG because it was close to my office. My father found it online, and based on the website, it looked acceptable. However, after visiting the property in E-City, I decided not to proceed. The locality itself felt gloomy and insecure, and overall, the place did not give confidence that belongings would be safe. While the PG has a mix of good and bad reviews online, most positive ones are 3–7 years old. The current condition is significantly worse. Also, if you’re reaching out via their website, be cautious—the staff was largely unresponsive during my inquiry. On the positive side, rooms are spacious and come with basic amenities like cots, mattresses, geyser, and cupboards. However, the cupboard keys were missing in the room shown to me, and the cupboard door appeared damaged, likely from past misuse. Despite this, I was told I’d need to pay a one-time maintenance charge, though there was no visible sign of proper maintenance. Water was unavailable on the day of my visit due to “maintenance,” but it’s unclear if this was a one-off issue. Please don’t come to this PG — it’s the worst mistake I’ve ever made.
If you care about your health, peace, or basic humanity, stay far away. My mother is fighting cancer, and when I had to rush home to take care of her, they still forced me to pay 15 days’ rent. No compassion, no empathy — only money matters to them. They charge ₹1000 for “maintenance”, yet the place is filthy — floors stink, rats roam freely in the kitchen, dining, and gym. The food is horrible, except for a few breakfast days. This place broke me when I was already broken.
Please, don’t make the same mistake I did.
Those 5-star reviews are fake — nothing about this PG deserves even one.

PG owner was very rude, and the ridiculous thing is you will not get advance refund amount, I informed this month starting itself also I dropped a text in WhatsApp a week before. But didnt reply back yet. Actually there is not one good thing in this PG, Big Rats was running in Kitchen, Gym and even in steps. Bathroom water was not drained properly and no proper bike parking, Washing Machine is Manual (Not in good condition also). On the whole hygiene is NULL. Dont ever think to come to this PG. I will never recommend this PG to anyone. Please find the sample image that Rat was trying to enter into the kitchen room.

I have vacated here for two months. They charge for this 5500 per months + 2000 deposit (1000 refundable). Lets see pros and cons.. Pros: - Room is decent and well furnished, attached bathroom. - Near to Wipro / Mosque Cons: - Worst Food : For South Indian only idli was fine and all are non-eatable. For North people all are worst. - Management is not good. There is a manager Raju if you tell any problem to him, he will immediately say you " yes sir I will fix it I will fix it" but no-action he will take. -Every single morning I faced water problem. Worst water supply. - They have semi-washing machine so can only wash your clothes. - Food is not good - They provide chicken with skin 😧 on Sunday in dinner. I have told the manager that don't buy skinned chicken he always do for saving some money for himself. -Will continue

Worst pg ever. I stayed for around 6 months. I paid for the month of December and went home for some emergency in January. When they called me i told them that i will pay for January and Feb together when i come back. But they didn't entry my dec rent in their register and owner thought i didn't pay for December as well, so they took all my stuff. Not only that, they unlocked my cupboard and took documents as well. This much audacity they had even though it was their fault. Immediately i looked for another accommodation and left that place. They told me to put good review and not a single time they accepted that it was their fault and they were sorry for that. Worst behaviour ever. So i put good review in front of them. This is my actual review about that place. Don't ever live there thinking it is cheap.

The worst PG ever stayed, 1: Food quality is pathetic. 2: Hygiene issue is the most factor. 3: Full of bed bugs even after multiple cleaning. 4: Don't expect washroom and room will be so dirty. 5: Once in a week they clean dustbin, so all time its stinks. **Don't go by the advertisement, you will be fooled. Wast of money, not up to the mark for staying. ( If you are dirty its perfect place for you to stay)

The only good thing is that the 3 sharing rooms are big enough. Otherwise everything is poor from the semi automatic washing machine to the food they are providing. Somedays at night you can see rats sitting on the dining table.

Trust me guy's I'm staying this pg almost "2 years" ... Here working boys behaviours r not good ... They r distrubing at 11 and 12 at night... If u didn't help them ... They take revenge like this ... I have a Dettol bottle for my personal use but that guy poured into toilet and replaced with dirty water... I caught him when he left the bathroom ... Dear pg owner u can't resist me as fake account... I have the complete rent paid bills ... If u ready to face legally I'm ready to show u If u want more reason - they provide gym but waste ... Why because here u can't get basic good food ... If u r particularly South means ... I assure u 100% it won't set for u ( I'm too south ) ... Get u get chicken in Sunday's night but that's chicken piece r like waste not eatable...

I'm wondering how they got 3+ rating, it should be less than that. You can't even eat for 10 mins in dining table , lot of mosquitoes and the same follows in even in room also. Food is too bad, you have plenty of rice, Chapathi but you can't eat all the days same and taste won't be good. All nights + some days in morning will be chapathi and all afternoons will be only dal. Only Chicken gravy seems to be good but gravy is very very limited. Water problem is there and it occurs 3 times a week. Honestly i'm saying don't stay here and don't recommend anyone

Worst pg : 1 : Not cleaned. 2 : Washing Machine is big pain, both are semi automatic. 3 : Pathetic Staff, not well educated,rude. 4 : Fake marketting on Google and web site it's far from reality. 5 : Based on location and Facilities, price are very high. 6 : water is not on every floor so you have to come on ground floor. 7 : No Lift on this PG. don't go blindly, there are so many options available near by that location.
