Poor behaviour from staff, tried taking advantage of a female resident, when denied started charging extra for monthly rent. Not at all safe for Women there, Washroom is not at all in good condition, difficult for even 1 female to use it. My friend went their based on reviews and was shocked to see the condition. Please avoid here & save yourself. The reviews are paid to get higher ratings. Not at all good. The food was on the average side..... Better options are available around, Won't promote by naming.... Please look for it.

Don't wanted to give 1 star rating also, honestly telling you, the food here is the worst! In quality also and they are heading up the unprofessional cook who used to do cleaning in the pg. And they don't manage with the rent if we say that I don't want to eat in the pg, I diagnosed with a food poisoning for 3 time because of pg food, previously I thought it's because of street food but no! My roommates also diagnosed with the food poisoning. They just increased the rent but not giving the proper facilities here the main thing the bachelor who stays away from house wants the good food but I already told you my experience with it as well as they don't have proper management of the things too. I'll suggest that look for the another pg don't waste time to decide to stay here. In this area lots of good pgs is there with a good space and management.

Here's a genuine review for all those who decide to stay in arcade stays. 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗱: 3 meals, drinking water (hot, cold and normal) available at two floors, lift facility, hot water for bath, microwave, fridge, washing machine, lift, cleaning, wifi, cctv on all floors and a key board. 𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: It is the prime spot. Two steps and you have Gillys, 5 minutes to the right, we have bus stand, Kemp fort Mall, local market. Every lane you get into is a big market with medical shop, meat shop, vegetables/ fruit stalls, tea stalls and shops, grocery stores, stationaries, Xerox shop, food hotels, resturants and temples. Opposite to the road is ATMs and banks. To the left side is baskin Robbins, More, Pizza Hut, a hospital, wind tunnel bus stand. Once it is evening, the entire road is full with street food. 𝗣𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱: It ain't like other pgs. I have loved their food. The cooks are polite, and cute. I appreciate the effort they make to feed us. It is better that the food isn't wasted. Provided Good Security & Updated the Biometric Fingerprint its very nice idea .it’s really Awesome Luxury PG for Girls. Food is nice . Rooms are very clean and I didn’t face any issues in the room. There is a Good ventilation in corner rooms. I was staying here approx from 2years and I had a good experience in this PG.
