“They have cheated me by adding someone elses food bill on my account. Refund is not done yet after multiple followups. Never staying at this hotel again. Dont trust these people. @Suraj, Check with Noah Paul why he has not refunded the money yet? He accepted the mistake and committed to take corrective action but nothing done so far.”

“Major security laps at this Hotel. Luggage scanner not working. Human scan gates not working. No hand scanner available. It is located just opposite to the Airport and such security laps is not acceptable. Local authorities should take an urgent call... Room condition is not well maintained, leaking wash rooms, stained furniture... No one welcomes you at the arrival, front desk and restaurant is left in the hands of trainees. Must work on training and grooming to young trainees to improve customer experience.”

supriya bendre★★★★★Bad service- it looks like the staff here isn’t trained, they don’t assist you while carrying luggage, lack basic manners while providing room service, and do not pay attention at the restaurant. They have two buildings for rooms and you need to keep shutting between buildings for breakfast, checkin/checkout. This is inconvenient especially if you have children or elderly members. Only plus is the location which is opposite airport. Unless you need to take an early morning flight, don’t go for this. There are far better options in the city. Local guide reviews are misleading and showcase this hotel as perfect. Don’t trust them.

Bro3★★★★★Cannot decide which is worse. The overwhelming odor suppressant, or the cigarette odor in the bathroom they’re trying to suppress. I have complained at the reception. Housekeeping visited and tried to clear the air. No offer to change the room. Will not recommend this hotel. Food staff is sincere Food staff is sincere.

Mangala N★★★★★Stayed in this hotel bcz it's ITC .but very disappointed with the untrained staff .very rude disgusting behaviour .not properly trained to deal with people .buked 4 rooms for the marriage function.it was already requested for the wheel chair .the wheelchair given was in very bad condition .among two buildings they gave rooms in that building which donot have wheelchair ramp . My mother was troubled to use the steps . The girl told me to speak in Hindi in rude tone wen called to send tea .just bcz I told in Hindi only that she shud learn kannada also she didnot send tea in spite of calling thrice .look at the audacity.after one and half hour the tea was sent after complaining in the reception.they are supposed to learn kannada in karnataka. If not known atleast b polite to tell u donot know. if they goto germany they will learn German and speak why can't they learn kannada here ?? V extended stay by one day for business purpose for 2 rooms .they gave rooms in main building .the guy who tuk luggage again asked me shud I take ur luggage on my head ?? then comes ac problm .the out of the socket hanging ac switch .the person who came to.chk.is telling me v chk the rooms u only have

I paid 4.5k for single night for double occupancy, there was no one to assist us to the room, we our self helped with the luggage, served us tea in juice paper glass, cockroaches can been seen almost every where throughout the property not worth the single penny. Not a single staff was available to help us with our luggage to carry till the room. Unfortunately we ourselves helped to do so. After that we checked into the room the room were totally disappointing the walls were chipped off, the tea kittle was not even cleaned it had all the stains of milk powder, cockroaches were found in the charging socket. Next day while checking out around 12:30 in the afternoon the reception had kept the rotten flowers placed in the water floating vase . One off the bad experience till now. Not happy with the stay.

The complete building is smelly, carpets are stained and stinky. Room furniture is all stained and never cleaned. All rooms has the same issue. It's a run down property. Should be rated 2 star only. The bathroom is falling apart . The ceiling is broken. Smell is horrible. I package has 20% off of Food and it was not discounted in the bills.

Akshit Agarwal★★★★★It is absolutely a nightmare staying at this property. The staff is extra rude, specially the female staff. They are 90% clueless of what to do. The experience started while trying to book the room, took us 8 calls, 12 on hold, and finally out of frustration to book online itself. It was supposed to be a corporate booking but apparently the hotel is inexperienced in handling it. The staff currently does not even know how to handle online bookings and generate a GST invoice. The booking was paid for but still the receptionist gave a cash invoice. When we finally managed to enter the room, found that the TV and intercom dint work. Next every call to the reception seemed like a negotiation. We ordered food, it seemed like we were ordering drugs, and extremely unprofessional staff. Called for housekeeping, they apparently will control when you can work and cannot and you need to get it done as per their will. There is also blaring music played throughout the day in the hotel lobby that plays all day long which is super disturbing. Have stayed at ITC across India. By far this is absolutely the worst out of them. Don’t trust the brand for this ITC hotel in Hubli, it’s worse than a 2

Sanjana★★★★★Horrible Experience at Fortune ITC, Hubli – Needs Serious Improvement Stayed at Fortune ITC, Hubli, from February 15th-17th with my elderly parents, expecting ITC’s signature service and hospitality. What we got instead was a complete letdown. From the moment we arrived, the experience was subpar. No welcome drink was offered—something that’s standard in most quality hotels. The only silver lining was a complimentary early check-in, but that barely made up for what followed. The room was filthy—stained, unwashed sheets, a foul-smelling, unclean bathroom, and an overall lack of hygiene. Despite informing the staff at check-in about an additional bed for my 91-year-old father, it wasn’t set up until we chased them again at 6:30 PM. Even then, it took another hour, and the bed was haphazardly put together. Service was excruciatingly slow. Room service took nearly 45 minutes, and when the tea finally arrived, it was cold. Room lacked basic amenities such as shampoo, toiletries, and towels. Even after requesting them, only one set was provided for three guests. The staff lacked training and professionalism, and for a hotel operating under the ITC brand, this level of inefficiency

The staff at the front desk were rude and unwelcoming, making check-in a frustrating experience. Instead of assisting with a smooth process, they seemed more interested in rushing through their tasks with zero concern for guests. The room service was equally pathetic. Orders took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was cold and unappetizing. Despite multiple calls to the reception, they either ignored the requests or responded with arrogance. Basic amenities were missing in the room, and even after complaining, nothing was done to fix it. What made the stay even worse was the outright misbehavior of the staff. They were rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. Any questions or requests were met with irritation, and they behaved as if they were doing us a favor by simply responding. It was shocking to experience such poor customer service in a reputed hotel chain. Overall, this hotel fails in every aspect of hospitality.
