One of the worst PG's I have ever seen in my life...if I have the option to give rating zero, I will definitely choose zero as my option...The management is the worst thing in the entire PG... They are literally spoiling the reputation of Stanza...If you gone through the photos available on the google of stanza, then you will be fooled for sure...Completely money minded management charging money with different names like onboarding charges,processing fee, installment amounts and refundable security... After paying all this, they won't provide at least a bucket and mug in the washroom also...there is a triangular management, each one say other names... Not work progress for food menu change also... 😢 I strongly recommend you to not join in this PG🙏 And finally we found this in our food items

Worst pg ever seen in my life the resident captain and another faculty members in stanza play around with the deposited amount and have got rude behaviour with the customer. The manager of Mathikere cuts the call in middle of conversation and speaks rudely with the residents . And he doesn’t respond to problems faced by us . Worst ever manager of Mathikere side and worst ever resident captain . They promised to give back my Deposite amount . They play around with money and block your calls during the vacate time. Please don’t join this stanza pgs

Very terrible place to stay you can see in the photos how terrible their food is upon also asking them to solve the issue they have kept me on hold I am supposed to stay here till 3 months atleast because of contract. I won't recommend anyone to stay over here

Not recommended worst service worst food extra charges unnecessary deductions the worst of it is electricity bill that is 12/14 rs unit per room and min of 14 rs for the common charges that too daily. so shit it is that they take rent premium but nothing is premium

Stanza Living is an absolute scam—they should rename it "Scamza." Do NOT live here! I stayed at Fargo House and it was a nightmare. They actually charged us an outrageous ₹3,000 for electricity for a triple-sharing room. Pure extortion. When my contract ended, a retention manager named Ovais promised me a room in Casper PG for ₹13k-₹14k. I trusted this liar, paid a ₹6,000 renewal fee, and rolled over my ₹9,500 deposit (₹15.5k total). The very next day? The rent magically skyrocketed. Ovais played dumb and tried to shove me into a closet-sized room for ₹16k. When I demanded my money back, these thieves suddenly hid behind a "no refund policy". I contacted Manish, Mohit(manger), Ravi(cluster manager) I contacted the Bengaluru Sales Head,Nawaz(cluster manager) and Anand( sales) Absolutely gutless—they completely ghosted me. They will lie to your face, steal your money, and stop taking your calls. Save your hard-earned money and stay far away from these frauds!
