“Overall experience is very bad, better to avoid staying in this place. Very unprofessional site manager. Resort management is not good, they didn’t provide me the room what I booked. Instead they made me stay in a cheaper room saying they will refund the difference. But they cheated me by not paying the actual difference. .”

“We booked this resort for our friends’ group through an Instagram travel agent called "Unexplored Chikmagalur", and our experience was extremely disappointing. The room allotted to us was “Arabica” if I had to sum it up in one word: "pathetic". The room had two bathrooms and water heater was not working in both of them, and despite complaining three times within an hour, the only response we got was “it will work in 15–20 mins.” It never did. Even when escalated the next day, no resolution was provided and he blamed that we broke the heater. At one point, they even suggested we could shift to another room just to bathe after already delaying us by over 1.5 hours, absolutely unprofessional. The food situation wasn’t any better. Initially, we were promised breakfast for 2 days, but this was later changed to dinner for 1 night and breakfast the next morning. The dinner served was just below average, chapatis ran out, and half of our group didn’t even get one. Breakfast was delayed by an hour, disrupting our travel plans, and instead of accepting responsibility, the staff made excuses and shifted blame onto us. Anil★★★★★I’m writing this review without even staying at the stay, had the worst experience with jungle valley , this people cancelled my stay at the very last moment when i have already paid and everything was booked. I was supposed to checkin on 5th Sep , but they declined checkin and cancelled saying some renovation, it was very much difficult for me to go check every other stay and not many of them were available for the next day. I even complained MMT customer support, they helped with few options but those were very far and not much good. It was a terrible experience , i travel often but never had a worst experience like this, fully disappointed please make sure not to book like this properties

syed nayeem★★★★★Our stay at this hotel was an absolute nightmare. I had booked two cottages for six of us, but when we showed up, they acted like they had no idea what we were talking about. They claimed the booking was only for three people and said they couldn't accomodate all. Instead of trying to help, the staff just told us to call Goibibo ourselves. After a ton of arguing and waiting around, they finally sorted it out, but the management was just the worst. They couldn't care less about their guests. You'd think asking for a simple cup of tea was a huge favor—it took forever! The front desk was always empty, and when we did manage to find someone, they were very unpleasant to deal with. Honestly, save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Info All★★★★★Worst experience, arrogant and unprofessional staff, they didn’t even wash the bedsheets when I ask y r u keeping the same bedsheets they said still it has not come from laundry, in that case you have to use the same bedsheets he said . Regarding firecamp and music they just mention in thier list but practically they will not provide. Morning break fast they said unlimited but they didn’t provide. Before 2 hours of check out he came and said while we swimming in the pool ,come out from pool we need to clean. Before sharp checkout out time u have to leave he said. Pros: 1: Property location is good Cons : 1. Service is worst 2. Rooms are unhygienic and tidy 3. Food is not good. 4.Arrogant staff 5. Bathrooms not clean . Finally I said they spoil our whole trip.

Manoj Krishna C★★★★★If you're reading this, chances are you've already booked through an agent — and that's exactly how they trap you. Avoid this place if you're traveling with family or kids. We booked the so-called "private pool stay" expecting peace, privacy, and a family-friendly atmosphere. What we got was the complete opposite — a traumatizing experience, especially for those with infants or young children. Per their own rules, loud music is supposed to stop by 10:30 PM. Ironically, there was no music at all until midnight — and then suddenly a large group of 10+ people (likely the owner's son and his friends) showed up next door with blasting music, drinking and smoking different stuffs. The structure of the room we stayed built with metal sheets, only amplified the noise. We tried calling the manager — no answer. Staff — no response. It continued past 1:30 AM. We seriously considered calling the police, and in hindsight, we probably should have. Eventually, a staff member responded and lowered the volume. But by then, the damage was done. What should have been a relaxing vacation turned into two hours of complete chaos and stress. Food? Below basic. You’ll be served whatever the staff thems

Keerthi M★★★★★Just don't fall for the given pictures in reality it's something else no proper activities and no proper response from staff and they charge 300+ for extra foods and also you may end up watching movies in washroom due to water ..its very slow and takes more time to full up the water tanks 😂 overall it's and average , food okok not so good.

Giving 1 stars due to good food, the Jeep drive, and the friendly driver. Booked a private swimming pool room, but it wasn’t ready upon arrival, and the room was not cleaned. No power for one whole day, pool not at all maintained. No privacy for private pool. The advertised complimentary campfire was rented out to a group of 50-100 college students, making the property unusable for the day. Manager informed us of construction work in the newly built room, asking us to shift due to potential noise from drilling. Agreed to switch rooms but were constantly disturbed with requests to check out. The new room was smaller and priced the same as the original. The manager offered a complimentary safari to Jhari Falls and Baba Budangiri as compensation, which was enjoyable, with a polite and helpful driver. Upon returning from the safari, found that the replacement room was given to someone else, where they double-booked played cheap tricks. Complaints were met with insincere responses, as the person who handled the booking feigned surpri

I need to mention everything point wise, so you make a better choice than this while choosing your stay. 1. Started from morning when a showpiece falls on one of our mate and she falls in washroom, injuring herself. 2. Booked the cottage, which is the costliest room here. The pool attached with the cottage was cleaned and made available for use by 18:00Hours. 3. The knob of bathroom fittings came into my hand while I was taking shower and tried switching it own 4. The Dinner served had: Roti, Rice, Okra (bhindi), Aloo matar (water like gravy), papad. This anyways doesn’t look like a cafeteria or restaurant of a good stay. The food quality was extremely bad and looked unhygienic. Overall it is the worst ever experience of mine, and have no hopes before I leave this property tomorrow.

We were informed that they were available & to book the same, we had to pay 50% of the price of the accommodation in advance. So, we paid Rs. 10,000 advance on 19 Nov 2024. 2 weeks later, they told us that there's been a mistake. That they've double-booked and that our booking will be cancelled. The advance amount that was paid has still not been refunded. They keep saying they'll refund it by the end of the day, on those days when they do bother to answer the phone. Now, they've stopped responding altogether. I'd suggest thinking twice before booking with them.
