“Absolutely Disappointed – Please Avoid This Property at All Costs I had one of the worst experiences staying at this Zolo property recently, and I feel it's important to share this to prevent others from falling into the same trap. 1. Pathetic Room Quality: The rooms are in extremely poor condition — unhygienic, poorly maintained, and nothing close to what you’d expect for the price you're paying. 2. Completely Misleading Photos: The pictures shared by the Zolo executive during the booking process were completely misleading. What I was shown versus what I actually got were two entirely different properties. This is nothing short of a scam. 3. Overpriced and Unjustified Rent: The monthly rent is absurdly high considering the substandard quality of rooms and facilities. It simply doesn't add up. 4. Hidden Charges Galore: At the time of booking, no one tells you about the long list of hidden charges you’ll face while vacating. These include check-out fees, early exit fees, and other surprise deductions that are never communicated in advance. 5. Unreasonable Vacating Rules: The exit process is deliberately made difficult, with too many conditions, unnecessary rules, and financial penal”

“The rooms are very worst. The pic they show for ad is different frm what is actually is. Worst service too. They say the cost is all inclusive bit when we go there they seperately charge for food and electricity which is too high.”

“It deserves one star because of its rooms only. Worst place for food lovers. If you want to stay for searching another place to stay then it's good but for permanent I will not prefer. A had a bad experience, they have lot of hidden charges, except Security Deposit. They will return full security deposit when you will stay there for one year and in the starting they will say like after 3 months they will return full security deposit.”

Here's why I'd advise others to think twice: Misleading Ads : The property looked nothing like the pictures. They claim the building is new, but it appears old and poorly maintained. Overpriced & Subpar : High rent for poor quality rooms and facilities. Hidden Charges : Unexpected fees and deductions that aren't clearly communicated. Difficult Exit : Unreasonable rules and financial penalties. The customer support was unhelpful, and the electricity bills were excessive. Unless you're willing to compromise on quality and deal with hassle, I'd recommend exploring other options. Always visit the property in person and ask about hidden charges before committing.

Kailas Kavungal★★★★★20 days into the stay without any prior notice they have increased the rent by Rs.1000 plus gst. There are hidden charges and on top of that you have to pay GST on that too. After paying all this you got to suffer without water. Let alone the tap water they won't even provide you with drinking water. The road in front is a complete mess that you will be lucky if you are able to get past it in your bike without falling. Rooms and corridor are cleaned properly but bathrooms are not well maintained. High rent for absolutely nothing.

Saks S★★★★★Worst pg of all, I stayed there for one year. They'll charge extra for water but won't provide on most days, local PGs with more capacity have better facilities related to water and they don't charge GST like this pg does. Charging GST on electricity bills too. If you are trying to shift nearby electronic city, I highly recommend that you avoid this PG.

Vatsal Budhadeo★★★★★Probably the worst PG of Banglore. There is a severe shortage of water. Forget tap water they are even not able to provide you enough drinking water. There is no proper support from the manager as well as the property owner who keep promising on water issue but never fulfill them. Even the Zolo team arent supporting us in this regard. If you see the photos of this PG in the website they are wonderful but in reality it is a very ordinary PG. There are much better options available nearby so better look at book rather then prebooking over here.

Worst experience ever for 5000 RS + 300 RS electricity (not including food) can easily find better PG to Live in. (Very expensive for the Neiborhood)

Pratyay Roy★★★★★The images are totally misleading. The room size is smaller than the smallest size you can imagine. Cleanliness? I didn't see any. Better you visit this pg before confirming a stay. The food? Not your pallete if you are not from southern parts of India. The cupboards won't even be enough to fit all your clothes if you have came with 1 bag and 1 trolley. Please note I have lived in hostels for the last 6 years of my life and I did stay in worse conditions too. But this Zolo Euphoria is not worth the money they are asking for. Better you search the neighborhood and you'll find a far better PG at a much lower cost.

I couldnt stay in such pathetic conditions at Zolo Euphoria. And the catch is - they neither adjust the pre-booking amount of 1015 in rent nor refund it if you don't wanna stay in it. Please refrain from pre booking based on online appearance and getting duped .There are many more far far better alternatives in the area.
