Completely fed up with this PG full of cheating, while joining they will say one amount while you plan to vacate they will say as it has maintenance. I didn't expect from this PG. Only money according to service it's null. Even though you are not having food and your not staying for rest days also you need to pay full money.

just don’t fall for the positive reviews. this is the worst pg food is just disgusting. all those 5 star reviews says the place is clear and hygienic!! hygienic my foot. 7 year child can cook better than this cooks. i repeat don’t fall for the positive reviews

I request everyone not to join this PG, the owner of this PG will collect extra 3000 rupees as deposit other than rent in advance (2000 non-refundable and 1000 refundable which will be paid back at the time of exit). He won't say anything at the time of paying rent and deposit but he will create new rules by saying one month notice period like inform him 30 days before vacating PG,,,etc at the time of exit and won't give you back refundable 1000 rupees. Even if he say that he will pay through phonepe/Gpay when we are hurry at the time of vacating PG, he won't pay and he will also not pickup your calls/don't reply you in whatsapp/social media chat. Food also available only if you reach PG at mentioned timings that too some times food will be not available in mentioned timings, if you reach PG 30 mins late then you have to eat in hotels. Even one star also this PG not desire. If new guys join PG then they will shift you to another room, you have to keep on change your luggage from one room to another room. There are other excellent PGs in Bagalur cross so think before joining this PG.
