Why the score — what people flag
“I stayed here for a year due to their lock-in period, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Basic maintenance was non-existent—my toilet seat was broken from the first day and never fixed (for a year), leaving it nearly unusable. There was no hot water for 3 months, and complaints went ignored. The hygiene standards were appalling: I found cockroaches in my food multiple times (once even inside a roti), and my bed had bedbugs. The place is infested with rats and pigeons, and since the dining area has no doors, pigeons would often fly in and defecate near/on food. The free Wi-Fi is limited to just 75GB, after which they charge ridiculous amounts for extra data. Worst of all, you’re trapped in a contract, while much better PGs in the area charge only 7-8k with no such restrictions. This place is poorly managed, unhygienic, and simply not worth the money. You’d have a better experience in a local PG—don’t make the same mistake I did. The rooms are also horribly small, in the starting you will think you can manage but its very difficult to sit and study.”
