“I stayed at this PG recently and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. While the location is convenient, the overall maintenance and management need significant improvement. Room cleanliness was inconsistent, basic facilities were not maintained properly, and complaints were often ignored and management is very rude. The food quality and hygiene standards did not meet Expectations, especially considering the rent being charged very high. There were also recurring issues with water supply/Wi-Fi and poor response from management when problems were reported. I would strongly recommend the management focus more on cleanliness, resident comfort, and customer service. At present, I would not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a comfortable and professionally managed stay. owner is just money minded and very rude and fights & abuse over genuine complaint. he didn't even refund my deposit of RS.2000 ,Even though i vacated pg due to poor service and unhygienic food. MOST OF THE REVIEW POSTED BY OWNER HIMSELF AND HIS FRIEND ..I DONT RECOGNISE ANY OF THEM DURING MY STAY AT THIS PG”

The owner’s behavior was very rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. Instead of treating tenants respectfully, they often spoke aggressively and showed no interest in solving problems. Communication was difficult, and even genuine concerns were ignored or answered with attitude. The facilities and maintenance were also below expectations. Cleanliness was not maintained properly, and the atmosphere felt stressful rather than welcoming. For the amount charged, the quality of service was completely unacceptable. What made the experience worse was the lack of basic courtesy and friendliness from the management. A PG should feel safe and comfortable for residents, but this place felt the opposite. I would honestly not recommend this PG to anyone looking for a peaceful and respectful stay. There are definitely much better options available. Conclusion: One of the worst PG in Mangalore not just in Mangalore but I can say worst in India”
