I am convinced that many of the positive reviews for this hotel are fake. I stayed here for a wedding with my elderly parents, and this was genuinely one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had anywhere in the world. We had two rooms : 214 and 211, and both were filthy. For two entire days, we had to tolerate an unbearable sewage-like smell, literally like a gutter or raw sewage inside the rooms. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable for any hotel claiming to provide hospitality. We complained to the reception multiple times, but the staff showed no urgency or concern. We were simply told that nothing could be done, and despite the horrible conditions, no alternate rooms were offered. To make matters worse, the location itself is extremely inconvenient, no proper food options, no medicine stores, and barely any online delivery services available nearby. Please do not blindly trust the flood of positive Google reviews for this property. Our experience was absolutely terrible, and this hotel failed on even the most basic standards of cleanliness and customer service.

This is by far the worst stay, I ever had. I’m surprised by the kind of feedbacks that are written below. The rooms are so smelly that it feels like you are living in a gutter, and every time you complain, they give you the excuse of them recycling the water because of which the washrooms smell. We fell sick living there for three days. It was that bad. I was with my elderly parents, and the staff had no sense of how bad the living condition was, they were just come and spray something worse to subside the gutter smell. Horrible stay.

Rooms were good, neat, and tidy. The location is perfect for travellers. A few improvements are needed in the appliances and food options, but with time, I’m sure they’ll improve further. Overall, my husband and I had a really good experience.

We were 4 adults and 1 child including 2 senior citizens. We had an excellent experience. Barely 3 months old, fresh, clean spacious hotel on 2nd and 3rd floors. King size bed makes it comfortable to sleep with a 3 year old. The lobby is just opposite the box office of a theatre but not noisy. Very considerate and helpful staff and owner. Special mention to Ranjit who was extremely helpful, gave suggestions on restaurants and speaks fluent Konkani. Owner even offered to shift us from 3rd to 2nd floor because of my old Dad. But, we prefer to be away from lobby and reception. Ample space for my 3 year old to play on the 3rd floor common area of hotel. Ample parking in front of building. Hot water available throughout. Next to highway but sound is barely heard. Did not use the Wi-Fi so can't comment on speed. Ate at Cafe Udupi, Vijaya Bhavan and Hotel Pallavi all walkable from hotel. More supermarket on the ground floor of hotel. Not deal breakers: Lift upto 2nd floor. Have to use stairs to get to 3rd floor. They do not have an in-house restaurant. Limited food options nearby but still doable as a pit stop. Complimentary breakfast has only 2 options (idli vada and pulav with tea coff

From the staff to the amenities and most important the cleanliness was a real bargain for the price that I paid. Definitely coming back again.. Keep it up!!

Stayed here during April 30th to May 3rd and certainly enjoyed the way the property was taken care of, rooms were neat and with all amenities. They have lift to carry your luggages and the hotel naturally has some staff at the reception who are quite calm and welcoming. The only feedback I would provide to the management is the service delivery of breakfast that was included along with the booking. First of all the person delivering the breakfast has zero civic sense on how to ring the bell for a hotel room, it was quite annoying as we all were tired with sleep derived state, the person outside constantly rang the bell twice or thrice harshly on the first attempt itself. This was the only thing that made me feel worst. Secondly, the room service for house cleaning is not available as per your availability, you need to wait for them when they are free. At service level Yes there is room for improvement and I hope the management would address this shortly.
