This is the worst PG I have never seen, food is very very bad and owner is very impolite person. I been there for 1.5 years it was a very very worst situation. Please don't refer the other reviews. They expect more money but dont provide any facilities and rooms are very congested and less maintenance. If you ask anything they will reply that no one asks you are only one person asking.

Writing this review after staying in this PG for 5 months. The PG is okay but not exceptional as mentioned by other older reviews present here. The PG is basically an apartment with 2 BHK flats. In each flat, there is 1 triple sharing room, 1 double sharing room and 1 single sharing room (kitchen is converted to a room) and 1 person is allocated the hall. The rent is ₹7k for 3 sharing, ₹9k for 2 sharing, ₹8k for 1 sharing, ₹6k for staying in the hall. Advance amount is ₹3k and ₹2k will be returned if we inform 2-3 weeks before leaving. I will list the pros and cons regarding each aspect. Hope this review helps someone in the future. The owner's family lives in the PG itself and friendly, but there's no quick resolution of issues. I asked them to clean the water filter in each floor several times but no action till now. There are bed bugs literally everywhere, on the bed, in the sofa, on the clothes hanging. Asked the owner to do something about it, but no action till now. Everyone in the PG has bed bugs issue. So, beware before coming here. Washroom: ❌ The common washroom in the hall is shared by 5 persons which is highly inconvenient. I don't know why the common hall is given

Nice PG and PG owner Ravi bro is really good and friendly guy. They provide good and hygienic food three days everyday and power backup facility is also available. Only drawback is backside of this PG stinks because of all the garbage and filthy water and power cuts are frequent.

Reasonably priced in the locality. Corridors are spacious unlike other PGs. Total 4 floors and 2bhk flats 6 on each floor. Fridge and drinking water available on almost each floor. Enough parking place inside and outside building. Surprisingly Lift, Washing machines and Geysers work all time. Rooms are well maintained. Private balcony for single stay. Near to main road but away from traffic noise. Basic food is provided. Self cooking facility available. Eateries and breweries are near by. Waste water can be managed better with water pits rather leaving in open behind the building. Owners Ravi and family talk reasonably most of the times. Leo, the black dog is an additional attraction. Totally worth the money. As on Aug,2022.

Rooms are good. It is like a 2bhk flat. U will get 2 bed rooms, 1 hall, and a small room(comfortable for single person). Food is ok. maintenance and cleaning is also good.
