The owner is rude in nature. I booked pg and I told him to pay rent in 1 hour and I was late to pay the rent 5 min late then he said to leave pg right now . When I visit and talk about the security money he agrees with one month's deposit after they found a better deal and he came and told me to pay a 2 month deposit within short notice of time . I suggest you to keep distance from this type of people's.

This is probably the worst place you can stay near Infosys , I have stayed here for 4 months . Vacated from this place due to many reasons **The rooms are okay but the owner will be allowing others to stay in your room when you are away (Found used soaps and tooth brushwhen i returned) ** The road to this place is pathetic and risky. ** Food available here is low quality. ** No proper parking space for vehicles. ,**Premises are not well lit. The owner is using solar to save money 😀 ** Found the guy managing this place is short tempered even though he is living here with his family

Nice 2BHK(1 Bathroom attached) apartment including 1 Kitchen,1 Hall and 2 Bathrooms. But one negative is, the reach to this appartment is not that easy. (Half Km off-road from Infosys- Mudipu Road. So a Total of 2.5 Km from Infosys Nethra Campus). I suggest this place to those who have a vehicle and likes quiet and calm environment.

I had a very positive experience staying at this PG during my time as an Assistant Professor. The owner was always helpful, approachable, and quick to respond to any concerns. Whenever we ran into each other, he would kindly ask if everything was going well. He even drove me to the college on a few occasions of the rainy seasons, which I truly appreciated especially when the auto drivers bail on you at the last minute and you're getting late. The place was well-maintained and cleaned frequently, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day at work. Anytime I experienced an issue in the room, he handled it quickly and professionally. I would recommend this PG to working professionals seeking a convenient and hassle-free stay. :)
