Booked 9 rooms in this hotel for my guests through oyo app. They provided only 7 to 8 rooms and created lot of problems while checking in. I went one day earlier to the hotel to make sure is everything is fine. At that time itself hotel manager created lot of trouble, he told me to call the oyo assitant and told me to cancel the room and rebook them. He even asked me why did I paid online and why not by offline. Later in the evening I called back oyo assistant to know the update regarding the issue. But they not responded properly and caused lot of trouble to my guest while checking in. I wanted to raise a complaint about this issue in the oyo app. But I didnt find any place to write a review or to raise a query. I not get good service, not even the cash back. Really felt very bad. I had very harsh experience. There are lot of hotels available in the puttur town. I didnt know this before booking the rooms in this hotel. I refer one can directly go and check in to the other hotel rooms or else book the rooms through any other app other than OYO. Thanks.

Very bad experience in my life, after getting confirmation from oyo regarding room booking, hotel management not given the room and they informed that hotel is full. I requesting the people's don't book this hotel they are cheating the public and also from oyo didn't get proper response.

A 3 star hotel cannot afford to give a litre of water for its guests. That's the hospitality you can expect here! The rooms are clean and well maintained as it's a new building.

Rooms are good for families and clean. Location is very near to busstand and day time will have lot of noise. Balcony is there and the breeze will keep the room bit cool. Only problem faced was the bathroom, which was having draining problem, but was adjusted by the manager.

We booked two double rooms for our family to stay in this hotel after visiting Dharmasthala temple. By seeing the outside ambience of the hotel, one cannot say that this hotel will have great and cleanliness rooms. Everything was great inside the room. Car parking is available in the basement but not clean.||||For breakfast, the quantity which they provide would not suffice even for a small kid. Initially I booked the room with breakfast, but after hearing from the hotel receptionist that only 2 idlies per person would be given for the breakfast, I avoided the breakfast and got the refund from OYO. Please avoid breakfast while booking. ||||Nice hotel in the small town Puttur. Recommended.

Sri Sai Guru Comforts on Nallikatte Apmc Road, near KSRTC Bus Stand, in Puttur is an average hotel and can stay for a nights stay.. Nice staff, clean rooms and spacious rooms. The staff was courteous and helped us well
