“Total Lack of Safety – Do Not Stay Here ! Warning to all students and professionals: Shyam PG for Gents is highly insecure. A close friend of mine has been staying here and the management has been incredibly negligent. The facility is a hub for theft. Inside the rooms, cupboards aren't provided with locks for months. In the parking area, fuel is regularly stolen from vehicles at night, and management refuses to take any strict action or improve security. Most shockingly, they are currently holding my friend's property (worth ₹50k) hostage while my friend is away for their mother's funeral, all over a minor rent delay. No empathy, no security, and no ethics. Look for a PG where your property and your dignity are respected.”

“Warning: Illegal Property Detention & Security Issues I had a nightmare experience at Shyam PG for Gents. I have been staying here since July 19, and for five months, the management failed to provide a basic lock for my cupboard despite multiple requests. This negligence led to several of my items being stolen. Recently, I had to travel to my hometown due to my mother’s sudden passing. While I am grieving, the management is showing zero humanity. They are currently illegally withholding my personal belongings worth ₹50,000 over a single month's rent of ₹8,000, which I assured them would be paid. They are refusing to let me move my things to my sister's house for safety, effectively holding my property hostage. This management is unprofessional, lacks basic empathy, and does not provide the security you pay for. Avoid this place at all costs if you value your belongings and peace of mind.”

The place is kept very clean with daily cleaning, which makes it feel fresh and comfortable every day. The owner is super friendly and approachable, always ready to help out with anything.
