“Stanza living is a scam!!!!!!!! They have designed their contract in such a way that you will never get a refund for completing 3 months of lock in period. We had decided our stay for 3 months, yet they made us sign one year contract by saying that is how the process we follow here. You will be getting refund post completion of 3 months lockin with a prior one month notice. Inspite of giving one month prior notice, in the end they are charging one year rental dues and have deducted the refund. This company is running business to loot money from people and not to provide a authentic service to customers. Beware of signing any contract with them and please question if its for one year because you will never get a refund if you don't complete one year which is not suitable for a person looking for temporary stay. So please look for other coliving places as well which offer better customer service. Most importantly they are not concerned of customers at all. Because inspite of writing multiple reviews and complaints they are least bothered to respond and take action on any.”

However, the booking was cancelled a good 45 days in advance to commencement date However, stanza refused to refund the booking amount, which is not acceptable practice. They had not mentioned anywhere that a refund will not be provided. So please take care
