This PG is terrible. The food quality is poor, and the hygiene standards are unacceptable. The owner behaves horribly—especially toward girls and has even threatened physical violence. He frequently argues with tenants and abruptly tells them to vacate without reason. Additionally, basic amenities like electricity, Wi-Fi, and hot water are extremely unreliable. Worst PG experience ever—avoid at all costs

The WiFi is extremely poor—connections drop frequently and speeds are so slow that even opening office emails is a struggle. Additionally, the laundry facilities are severely inadequate: for 4 buildings with 5 floors each, there are only 6 washing machines, and half of the time they don't even work.

One of the worst PGs I've ever seen in my life they are taking more money than market standards and providing worst service. No water supply properly. I think the Wi-Fi is by sake of name nothing works here. And food is ok ok not worthy as much they are charging. The main issue is of water supply and current, they only have backup for one building and another building is of like trash and if you're are WFH then you need to be ready to listen from your manager. I think they have to change the name as Badwill PG for Gents.....

Rent increases on short notice. Facilities are okay but not upto the standards when we compare it with rents. Most of gym instruments are old and some of them are broken. Food is average but cheifs should consider hygiene also. Location of pg is good.

Worst pg ever they charge more and provide very less maintainance wifi and powerback up is just for name sake always causes issues , Cctv is of no use they just installed but it won't work At the beginning they'll say daily cleaning will be there but it never happened and the rent they increase with very short notice The owner behaves as a goonda when he see ant bad review Manager is of no use when any issues happen he doesn't pick the call In my opinion going for other option if you are searching for pg will be a good desicion

Worst management they increased rent 5 day before but if we want to vacate need to inform 30 days before. I got my advance back after 10 days from the date I vacated room after continuous reminder about my advance. I think they have memory loss we need to keep on follow up.
