No response when asked about an hour long order. Do not take customers if you cannot handle or serve rightly. Ruining our holiday experience!

I thought id see what others think about this place and notice it has had no reviews in a quite a few years.||Well to be frank this place doesn't deserve your money. Its filthy and miles over priced. The balcony room we booked was a joke. The Balcony is just the dead grass and rubbish...yes rubbish out a back door. The room was full of large ants. The floor was so dirty our feet were filthy from walking on it and the bed is a futon that is only about 3cm thick and hard.Its a depressing place to stay and WAY outclassed by everything in the area. Now a couple of good points. They have a coffee machine and make a good coffee. The food we had was good. Some of the staff are very good and some aren't. One asked that we didnt leave a bad review as he knew what they were offering wasn't good. Normally they ask us to please leave a good review , not please dont leave a bad one. Thats not how Tripadvisor works though. I dont want others to feel ripped off and depressed while in Hampi as it is a great place to see.

I stayed at this facility last week and had a strange experience. As a frequent traveler, this was the most unpleasant lodging experience I have ever had. As a result of Hampis eternal beauty and experience I managed to stay in this place for 3 nights. The check-in experience was horrible, I was totally confused as to where the front desk was, so someone called and assigned me to the room. The locking system in the room was worse than the check-in experience, and despite my efforts to inform them of the issue, no assistance was provided. As the water went out early in the morning, I had to "hold" until it came back on and again, no one was available to provide a briefing, which you usually receive during the check-in process. There is no way I can stay in this resort, my family will disown me. Overall, Hampi is a great place to visit and I were able to capture some beautiful photographs. I will be returning with my family, but I will not be staying in this resort.

1. Room wasn't cleaned though we booked a month in advance and paid money upfront. Bed was full of hair and toilets with used soap. Though I went and requested for the room to be cleaned and to provide fresh toiletries twice, no action was taken. 2. There was no power the entire time we were there. No hot water, no power back-up. 3. We went to the restaurant and ordered food at 7.15 PM. The first set of items (soup) was brought in at 8.30 PM. By the time the main course was brought in, it was 9.40 PM. I haven't been to any other restaurant where it took longer to serve food. 4. Tents are pitched right outside the cottages with people boozing and screaming till 2 am. The walls of these cottages are made of bamboo and are so thin, one feels the people outside are in the room with all that noise. Cottages 7 & 8 are right behind the kitchen, the chopping noises at night are so annoying. There's zero privacy. 5. The room we were given, cottage 8 doesn't even have a couch behind to enjoy that view everyone boasts of. Tents are pitched behind some cottages so though they have a couch, there's someone at your feet. It practically can't be used. 6. After all these inconveniences, they still

Worst service ever. There are far better restaurants nearby who offer better service and food quality. Not even worth a single penny. Their food quality is low. Their hospitality is lower. And Their service quality is lowest. Only thing that is high is the prices they are charging on their menu.
