“Very poor and frustrating experience. Even after clearly explaining that the booking error was genuine and that I had already booked another correct room, there was absolutely no consideration for a refund or adjustment. There was no flexibility, no empathy, and no attempt to support the guest in any way. Basic facilities were also an issue. The lift was not working, forcing guests to climb up to the fourth floor using stairs. This was physically exhausting and extremely inconvenient, especially after travel, and was not communicated in advance. Overall, the hostel showed rigid policies, poor guest handling, and a complete lack of accountability. Losing money despite rebooking correctly, combined with facility issues, made this a highly disappointing stay. I would not recommend this place.”

“Prons: its clean, washroom is good. Wifi is working. Ac is average struggle for upper bed ( not cooling). Cons: in one word better pay some more 100s and stay in hotel. Its hostel, some is working or talking in phone it's distrubing. Not secure for our luggage. Can't stay freely it's restricted. Totally it's worst...”

“Good people at the reception. Very helpful and kind. Hosteller business process has hidden charges. If you happen to book and to cancel then the hosteller requires you to cancel before 7 days even if you book with in 7 days of checkin date. Even for genuine reason they didn't care to give a goodwill gesture. By policy there is no control or isolation of people who are sick. AC is placed near to one bed. Every time that person would turn it off. So AC turned off, warm rooms, people sick and no other ventilation. I wish they would do some modifications to make this beautiful concept a reality.”

A day-after the fellow roommate informed all beds were vacant. I was ready to pay for it. They spoke to me nicely and rooms were clean.

Sinchana Devadiga★★★★★I had a very disappointing experience with this hostel. I booked through Agoda and accidentally selected the wrong dorm type. I realized the mistake quickly and requested cancellation, but due to an extremely strict cancellation policy, no refund was possible even though the stay was the very next day and the mistake was genuine. When I contacted the hostel for help, I was told that refunds are handled entirely by Agoda, and there was no flexibility or willingness to assist from their side. The whole process felt rigid and unhelpful, leaving me stressed and frustrated. There was no effort to accommodate the situation or guide me toward a reasonable solution. I would strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful while booking, as even small mistakes can result in a complete loss of money with no support.

ray ju★★★★★I had a terrible experience at Hostel Manyata Tech Park. When I checked in on the 6th evening , they gave me a maintenance room (602) with no pillow covers and poor hygiene. Later, I was shifted to Room 502, but in the middle of the night, I saw cockroaches crawling out from under the bed — there was even a nest of them underneath. It was disgusting and completely unhygienic. I had to leave immediately in the middle of the night and find another hotel. Definitely not recommended until they fix their cleanliness and pest issues.

PRASAD NAIK★★★★★I had the worst experience ever with the staff, especially the receptionist, Saravanan (I believe that’s his name), a long-haired guy. Their behavior was extremely unprofessional. They don’t even provide a place to sit while completing the check-in process. Instead, they are seen lounging around. If you ask something, they barely respond properly. Ordering food after 9 PM isn’t allowed, which is fine, but why can’t the housekeeping staff collect and deliver it to the room? I also had trouble unlocking my room door, so I went down to the reception and tried calling the staff through the glass. Instead of assisting, the receptionist rudely told me to come to where he was sitting. Also, are the sofas in the reception area meant for customers or the staff? Even when customers arrive, the staff continue sitting and answering from their place, while we are left standing. The overall experience was highly disappointing.

As soon as u enter u meet an arrogant receptionist who will not listen to u for once There is no concept of early check inn and they expect u to wait till 2 pm in afternoon till your check in time and ask u to use a general dirty bathroom on 7th floor. I was a no show later in the day because I had to book another hotel near by and for the fact that I was in no mood to take your arrogant staffs attitude again and u guys asking me to remove my opinion shows that there's no scope of improvement at your hotel.

When I finally sought clarification, Ishan from the staff was not only unhelpful but also shockingly unreasonable, falsely accusing me of threatening him instead of addressing my concerns. This level of unprofessionalism and disrespect towards guests is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this place at all costs
