This place cheated 8100 from me, and that doesn't come under non-refund policy too because I dint even pay enough to block the bed, the very next day I was sick and couldn't travel , i asked the money back but they refused to give and asking to sign for a false accusation on me, I dint even stayed there for a day. Im uploading the screenshots for better understanding. Please never trust this place, all the good reviews are done by their own team who themselves are putting good reviews, worst place, worst staffs, cheats money and also heard the rooms and washrooms are pathetic. They act good initially later they are terrible.

"I am absolutely furious with Sri Sai Guest House! I cancelled my booking, but they still snatched away my ₹8100 and didn’t even bother with a refund. This isn’t just a scam—it's a full-on rip-off, and I'm boiling over the dishonesty. To add insult to injury, Sofia, who was representing the management, straight-up cheated me out of my money. I've never seen such shameless behavior and utter disregard for customers. Seriously, avoid this place at all costs; their fraudulent practices and arrogant staff are just not acceptable!"

1 week after my stay here, I was asked to write reviews from the owner herself..about the pg. Few months later, I came back here for a short stay. The receptionist 'forgot' to give me cupboard keys. My 12500 Rs... Hard earned money got stolen. The camera in the corridor, in front of only that particular room was not working that day. The owner's mother forced me to give a complaint about the girls staying there. She started portraying me as mentally unstable person while I was crying..to save the"reputation" of the pg. The male worker who was speaking telgu with the owner in phone started assaulting me.They threatened me not to complain about them to the police when they came to verify.... especially the pg owner's mother and the worker over there. They only said "the person who has stolen will suffer and it is your responsibility to keep the belongings safe" 🤦🏻‍♀️🙏🏻

I used to stay there but msging from my freinds account, the pg is fine , but the management is very rude to the girls, especially sophia one admin is there who will show so much attitude and rudeness. Even if sonething goes missing no need to complaint because they wont takr any actions and tell camera is of poor quality. They will trll if any complaint comrs just to leave pg thats their attitude....i dont recommend this pg...they should keep better admins not like sophia then they will get complaints becoausr of her wayy to girls.

I was searching for a pg in Sanjay nagar and this name popped up as a best reviewed one. The ambience is good other than that I didn't find this place to be the best reviewed one. Initially ( for a month ) everything was good but later many problems arised like no proper food ( people serving food are gents and they keep on staring which i and many of them find creepy ) , bed bugs, their maids opening our tiffin's unknowingly ( in the afternoon I and many have observed this ) and many more. I was forced to vacate my room in the month of May 2020 inspite of this COVID scenario ( They take advantage of the situation ). And now when i went there to collect my deposit they asked me to wait since they had to go through the records ( which is understandable ). I stayed there for two days and later when i vacated their temporary bed they said they'll transfer the deposit online with that i told them ill wait till they give me the amount since I knew they were deducting my 10 days rent. Also i was asked to leave for home and they'll transfer the amount deducted to my account. They claimed that i vacated my room on 20th May 2020 when my luggage was at my uncle's at that time. I personally did not have a good experience in this pg as my money around 12500 got stolen during my stay over here and no action was taken. The owner's mother and the receptionist misguided me to blame the girls staying over there when I was utterly confused about the scenario. The cameras dont work when such crimes happen in there. Lots of internal issues exist in the pg which are not brought to light. Not recommended for girls who come here to live independently with emotional safety. I had given 5 star rating when I stayed here for few days later I became a hardcore victim of the internal issues over here.

I stayed here for almost an year. No complaints about the cleanliness and there were no problems before the lockdown. From the time the lockdown started, I came back to my hometown while I still paid the full rent (Rs 10900). Since I was not availing the food (twice a day) and electricity services, both if which were included in the rent, after a lot of requests, the management agreed to give a concession of Rs 1000 only, but then they finally agreed to give a discount of 30%. After almost 4 months into the lockdown, when it was getting difficult to bear the expense, I decided to leave the PG and informed the management in 1 month advance (their official notice period). They had a refundable security deposit of Rs 10900 and they said they would deduct all the discount they had given me from the security deposit and return the remaining amount only. When I finally reached the PG to shift my belongings, they harassed me unnecessarily. Initially they had said I could use the kitchen and terrace but when I went to the terrace, they called my parents and harassed us. When I moved out of my room to shift my belongings, they continuously called my parents and complained. They did not keep
