SHAME ON YOU! I booked this PG despite reading many negative reviews, and I deeply regret it. This was my first experience in Bengaluru, and from day one I realized how outsiders are shamelessly exploited in the city. Come on guys, have a minimum CIVIC SENSE - the world is watching you. Unfortunately, the PG owner is no exception. On the first day, I couldn’t even meet him in person—everything was handled over the phone. I clearly told him I needed the room only for one month. He agreed to ₹7,000 rent + ₹5,000 security deposit, out of which ₹2,000 would be deducted as “maintenance” and ₹3,000 refunded. (For one month, the rent receipt itself mentions ₹1,000 as maintenance, yet he still took ₹2,000). This was for a 3-sharing room with food included. When I asked if there was an option without food, he bluntly said “No.” Forcing tenants to pay for food whether they eat it or not is just another way of looting. I vacated the room after 24 days—still paid the full month’s rent. When I informed him, he suddenly claimed there was a 1-month notice period. How can anyone serve a 1-month notice when the agreement itself is only for 1 month? Completely illogical. In the end, he refused

The owner Bharat is very rude , also not cooperative , at the time of taking money he promised some other room and gave other with poor ventilation .At the time of giving money he talks sweet and when it comes to complaints he ignores, termites were there in my room I asked her to look into it but he didn’t bothered,He's only concerned about money, A personal advice dont go there. Overall it was a horrible experience.

This is one of the wrost , I left with in 2 months, don't fall under this 5 Star Rating, those are his friends who were given , If any one gives less rating owner will keep on calling until they update to the good review 1. Especially you need to pay the Amount in cash , owner bharath ask extra money if you want to pay in online asking PG GST and all (if any Incometax officials please consider this and take the necessary action) 2. Food is wrost, one of the Reason most of them are leaving. some time who are were encountered with food posion 3. he won't give your Advance back although if you inform him one month before leaving

Water butter milk. Hot water comes only when you have luck. Wifi is good. No jio signal at parallel premises. Food is just okay not worth it. North people will cook food.
