He is very money minded, though pg is not so comfortable still bcoz emergency I have thought to join at end moment he never responds to any calls ,even after seeing message he won't reply back, he never had capable to maintain pg , and in that pg only 2 girls stays as in home itself they are started pg business, for those girls only one washroom.

⚠️ Warning to future tenants ⚠️ I stayed at Lady Bird PG in Yeswanthpur, Bangalore for 7 months. During my stay I was disciplined, respectful, and paid everything on time. However, the experience while vacating was extremely disappointing. While checking out, my new mobile charger was taken from my belongings. After staying there for months without any issues, this kind of behavior from the management was very unprofessional and upsetting. I would advise future tenants to be very careful with their personal belongings while vacating. Respect and trust should go both ways in any accommodation. See, she only took my charger. I paid everything, yes I'm absconded, didn't I paid you everything? Did I abscond without paying. After asking for my charger, that lady said the junction box is missing, I should have broke it while coming. So, now you need the information? I sent you WhatsApp, after informing I'm vacating I could understood your rudeness from your end. I didn't ask for anything neither my advance nor your respect. That's why I didn't want to see your face, that rude face. Everybody will have reason to stay in PG and to leave from PG. Did I complain anything about your water

After staying for 1 year, here is my review. Pros : * Comparatively good food * Comparatively clean * Affordable * Near to yeshwantpur railway and metro station (and definitely my office) Cons : - Things going missing (My dress, purse including all my cards and money. My roommate's gold, money, food items, etc. PG owners act like these things didn't even happen to new joinees) - Cleaning staff is a teenage boy. * Single bathroom/toilet for a whole floor where 8 people accommodates. * Unauthorized entry by visitors to room, which is a threat to safety (They say they have many CCTV cameras; seems like never check those) * Many complaints about not repaying the advance amount. (I got it because I had to vacate before the promised date as per their request due to new admission - Also I told owner aunty that I won't be returning keys without repaying advance amount)

Hey Buddies, I wanna share my quick experience here. This was my first PG when I entered into corporate life. I stayed here for around 6–8 months, and it was honestly a good experience. If you’re particularly looking for a PG in Yeshwanthpur, you can definitely go for it. Owner Vidya and her family were really kind and supportive. I strongly recommend this place because you won’t find any nonsense behaviour in the surroundings, and it’s a very women-friendly area. A special thanks to my roommate, who was really understanding and balanced with my night-shift days, and also to my floor mates and everyone around. Thank you, Lady Bird PG, for giving me such a good experience and comfortable stay.

I personally will recommend this PG, all the basic needs are well satisfied here, worth for the rent paid; more than the facilities, they take care well. Food and its quality is also very good. Also all the shops (market, grocery store, tea shops, beauty parlor, tailor shops, medicals, clinics, restaurants), railway station, bus stand,.. are very near and easily accessible. I also felt that the area is more safe and comfortable. It's surrounded by family residents.
