I stayed in this PG for a month, you can say 3 weeks precisely. Tenants are decent, PG is good and clean, 24/7 CCTV surveillance, lockers, cooking facility, hot water, washing machine, RO drinking water and an amicable environment. The only negative feedback is whenever you vacate just settle everything on spot and leave, coz if you show some good faith refund gets really delayed, and also utilise your entire stay coz you won't get any rebate for leaving early and upon that you'll have to shell out maintenance fee. Anyways now it's being argued on what was said and what is written on the agreement. It's not accusing, just to let any new tenant to know that whatever is said is just words while the clause on docs signed substantiates.
