Nice and clean pg, owners behaviour is very friendly, The PG mainly provides South Indian and North Indian meals, but there’s not much variety beyond that. The food quality is average — not great, but slightly better than what you might find in many budget PGs.

The pg is best in the location. The owner is friendly. The rooms are bigger in size as compared to other pg. The rent is reasonable fir me it was 10k. There is a proper ventilation in the rooms and some some rooms have two windows. There is a nice place to sit and eat at 5th floor, lots of space for drying clothes.
