Stayed for almost a year – here’s my honest review: Rent: 7,500 per month for a two-sharing room. Food: Absolutely terrible. Would not recommend relying on it. Washing Machine: Makes clothes dirtier instead of cleaning them. There are only two washing machines for around 100 residents. Water Quality: Extremely hard water, which is bad for both skin and clothes. Dining Area: Only 12 chairs, so you often have to wait for a seat. Only one tap & sink to wash the plates. Parking: Limited bike parking—only 10 slots for the entire PG. Overall, basic amenities are poorly managed. Wouldn't recommend unless you have no other option.

Worst PG i have ever stayed in Bangalore, food is really very bad , bathroom is not maintained well, owner Balakrishna Reddy is really a money minded person, did not give our advance back as assured being a local boy from mysore I faced so many health issues from the food, water and cleanliness.

Pros 1. Rooms are clean and hygiene 2. Wifi speed is good Cons 1. Though they are using heat pump the water always be mild Lukewarm. Doesn't feel like having hot water bath.!! A BIG CON for this pg considering Bangalore climate. Don't expect a proper hot water bath here 2. Only dining hall tv works on ground floor and all TV's in other floors neither have connection nor remote also. They are just for showcase to gain customers 3. Food is average. 4. Owners attitude towards customer is not good. More money oriented..😠 they refused to return our advance although we intimated 10 days before vacating(stayed totally 15 days. Vacated due to above cons). After a long argument he returned deducting 2k maintenance charge(for even 15 days) Wondering how so many positive reviews. Reality is different though.. Read negative reviews also before taking decision

Talked to the owner and realised that he is rude and money minded. I wonder how the rating is so high. I think fake reviews by friends and family. Thank god I didn't pay any advance. After talking to him I went back and saw negative reviews. The owner doesn't return you the adavance. My advice is to stay away from such people

Nothing is good here. There is no facilities provided here. Food is too worse, they are treating people like cats and dog. Very bad food provided here. The bed is too small not even one person can fit into one bed. Room are also very small. Wifi speed is very bad. Lift is there for showcase only. I will recommend please don't come here. The hell is better than this place.

Don't even dare to come to this pg. Even a jail is better than this pg. Non of the facilities are provided here. Food is really bad. You can't even eat one bowl of rice here. Bed is too small not a single person can fit into. Washing machine is not working. Please don't come here.

This PG is just looking nice building but inside of PG there is no proper cleaning and maintenance. Not working lift, small rooms, small bed, wooden wordrobe locker key and backup generator is also not working. They just placed wooden wordrobe and backup generator for showcase.

Don't go there if you are a outsider. Manager is old guy, he behaving like a confused person and don't understand any language. they takes advantage of it. first they will ask you for token even they won't have vacant room. when you will come for shifting, you won't get that room. they won't even return back your money. P.S. most of the good reviews are written by their own public

1 Out of 5 Food - 1 star Bed - 0 star (you have to share yourself with bed bugs) Water - 3 star Wifi - one wifi for 5 room ( 16 members), so never expect the speed 4 sharing room capacity - not enough for 4 members , it's like for 2 sharing and they made it for 4 Wont get proper response from Management side

Fraud people. Not at all trustworthy. They take months rent in advance and never take a note of it even if we show them the bill they won't agree and will ask again and again for the rent from the guest. Beware of the photos of the room all are fake no maintenance at all.!😡. Worst PG in all of Bengaluru.

Really a horrible place we stayed there for 1 month and fortunately I'm still alive and posting this. Couldn't eat a single meal cause it's so bad, infrastructure is abysmal. Inspite of all this the owner didn't give us the advance back.
