Booking details: Entered an agreement with the owner for 2 sharing room for 1 month (9 March - 9 April 2025) with the possibility of vacating before that. Both the scenarios were agreed upon and was informed by the owner that 50% of the deposit will be refunded when the keys were returned. The key was returned to PG staff on 30 March 2025 which was verified with the owner over call as well. The refund was provided by 3rd March 2025. About the PG amenities: Location is beside MICO layout park which provides for a nice scenery Rooms are spacious Excellent wifi speed 2 washing machines, fridge and lift are available CCTV for security Large dining area Sufficient parking space No restrictions on entry and exit times Kitchen provided to cook own food Meals consisting of rice, daal, sambhar, roti with occasional sabji, paneer, egg, chicken which is at par with other PGs in the area
