The stay was comfortable and peaceful. I stayed with my family with a small kid and the kitchen facilities provided was very much useful to prepare food for my kid. I must be thankful for the owner Pavan for this. The service apartment looks new and all the materials there are very much new and good quality.

I stayed in SS Luxury apartment for 3 nights. I have travelled from Bangalore to Chikmagalur as a tourist. Pros: 1. It's located at kadur - Chikmagalur bypass road. 2. Easily to get in and out because it's on bypass road. 3. Near by veg restaurant for quick meals / snacks. 4. Clean and tidy 2 bhk house with good interior. Cons: 1. Expensive: For each night costed around 8k which is on expensive side. 5k per night would have been fare price. 2. Flat is in commercial building. 3. Because it's rightly on main road, vehicle sound during night is audible.(Negligible) 4. No covered car parking, but ample open space on the service road for parking.

Nice stay. Pavan & Sunil were highly cooperative. Felt like home, had all essentials incl WiFi, Smart TV with active subscriptions, heater. (We did face minor issues with the heater, took long). Pavan gave us a few valuable suggestions. He also gifted us coffee beans from his own plantation. There are no good veg restaurants nearby, however we do get good options in the 5 min drive radius.

We took 8 beds accomodation.Best suited for a families.Spacious room and bathrooms with cupboards .Dressing table with closed room.Kitchen with all utensils were provided with induction stove for cooking. Drinking water too provided.3 balcony views. Reasonable price. Good hygeine maintained. Thanks for the good accomodation pawan brother.
