Beware of Zolo Vruksham - Misleading and Unprofessional I booked Zolo Vruksham online, paying the deposit amount of ₹15,700 on 26th December, with a move-in date clearly communicated as 1st January. However, when I arrived, I realized this was a complete scam. 1. Unethical Billing Practices: They started charging me rent, water, and electricity from 26th December, even though I moved in on 1st January. This was never communicated during booking. 2. False Advertising: The clean and tidy room I was promised and the one I was given were entirely different. The sofa was in a terrible state, with no cushioning, and when I raised this, the property manager dismissed my concerns by blaming the previous tenant. 3. Poor Maintenance: The room was disgustingly maintained. The cupboard was broken, and the bed sheets provided were dirty. The room was far from livable, and I couldn't sleep for two nights because of the unhygienic conditions. 4. Non-Refundable Deposit: My deposit of ₹15,700 was not returned, despite the agreement stating otherwise. To add to the frustration, I was never given a chance to sign the agreement, and it falsely listed my start date as 26th December instead of 1st

Must read before u enter this pg. If ur looking for pg in 2024 tn I'm telling u don't stay in this zolo pg recently I exited from this pg 2024 April 30 in pages u will see 13000 per month but during payment days u will face upto 14k/15k I stayed 8month in this pg there's always something issues with building n if u wash ur clothes on washing machines it will help u to make more dirty too old model washing machine also in the end u will not get fully refund which u paid for deposit they will add everything when u put notice before one month of leaving this pg n on that time u have to pay exit notice fees n some extra money and in the end of day when u exited again they will take 4000 from ur deposit like GST n water n electricity bill which is u have paid already during notice period before of month so think carefully if ur looking this kind of pg in 2024

I am currently staying in the property and will leave on 14th June because of following reasons. Shady electricity bill, they are charging 700-800 rupees per person for just using basic electrical appliances. Water problems. Our RO stinks and we have been complaining since 2 weeks but no action taken. The Zolo customer care just doesn't care at all. They will deduct 1950 from the deposit that too for no reason and charge 900 for just booking a room in property. I mean who does that. And the Wifi it sucks. Worst wifi I have ever seen. Will never recommend Zolo Stay to anyone.

Not a good PG. Mismanaged property can't even give the amenities like electricity backup, shortage of water supply(shortage of water every 2 days) & poor washing machines breaks every other day! Save yourself from misery. Overpriced.

I'll suggest to read the terms and conditions carefully. 1. Keep the call recordings. 2. Record every conversation with caretaker. 3. Take pics of damage items and so In short make sure you have all the proofs so they don't get chance to deduct your deposit money. Else I'll suggest to go to some pg nearby Or flats. Flat will be reduce the cost and increase the savings.

One of the worst PG ever !! Please don't prefer Zolo properties. Reasons not to stay here : worst hygiene, no proper maintenance, stealing delivery packages that too Zolo house keeping person does that and no proper response from customer care !! The refund process is very delayed and it's a highly expensive place with nothing done properly !!

Wish i would have taken pics..its nit at all good....locality..in interior of jewvan bhima nagar...and very much conjusted...what you see in pic is fully different..and its not at all hygenic.....i have stayed in zolo platinum city..Yeshwanthpur..which is much much better property and great stay....

Please never go or stay in zolo properties especially in zolo vruksham. I was having the worst experience over there. I came to zolo vruksham in November during that everyone more concerned about hygiene and sanitization they didn't even made the room cleaned my shelf, it was filled with previous person stuff I cleaned it myself and they don't even do regular housekeeping.

Off to a VERY BAD start. I had specifically asked them if I could check in at 5 a.m. as I was traveling from a different city and they said yes, and now I am stuck outside the building with no one to check me in and nowhere else to go, until what, 9 a.m.? They should shut this place down.
