Aunty even allow men to stay in pg and she has reasons like one day only no, they are studying together along with the girls.She will even tell that in entire bellandur men were not able to find any stay. for small money she will do anything. And also beware if she is showing you 4th floor room because the cleaning lady committed suicide there and after that so many girls started to vacate the pg so she started giving room even to men . There are many rooms full of bed bugs and she does not want to spend even a bit in maintenance. Come at your own risk. In every floor in every room fridge is there but not all are functioning. Some don't even have doors. Washing machines are also not working always. If you tell her room has bed bugs she will say you are the first person telling about this, if you tell food is spicy she will tell again the same.

I wish i could give 0 or negative rating This is the worst pg you can choose to stay!!! Please if you are making your decision to stay here & reading the reviews!!! Backout do not stay This pg is hell!! No proper cleanliness, hygiene. Full of cockroaches, you ask the owner to clean she does nothing!!! Ask her to do anything she will do nothing. There is 0 maintenance and then she charges for maintenance.. These people are liars!!! Wifi never works! They don’t even know to recharge!! Water problems, washing machine never works Leakage in bathroom No facility is in proper condiditon Refrigerator issues!!! Tvs are just for show they dont work Food is pathetic There have been multiple incidents of robbery, the camera is also put for show, it is turned off all the time, no proper security, anyone enters in And there have been other cases also!!! Owner is just mad She will never ever return your deposit!! She charges different for the same room from different people Everything is a problem!!! PLEASE DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PG EVER!!

Staying at this PG was one of the worst decisions. The owner is extremely unprofessional and refuses to return the deposit, even when all criteria are fulfilled. She constantly gives different excuses and tries to find new reasons to avoid paying back the money. The facilities are in terrible condition. In our room, the basin and flush were leaking from day one. Despite informing her multiple times, she took no action. There was no window in the bathroom, and even after repeated requests, it was never repaired we roommates had to fix it ourselves. On top of all this, her way of talking is very rude and disrespectful. She takes different amounts as rent and deposit from different tenants, which is completely unfair. Would not recommend this PG to anyone. Please think twice before choosing this place it’s not worth your money, time, or peace of mind.

Aunty allow boyfriends to stay in PG. If you are a girl who don't like to stay in unisex pg kind of environment then don't opt for this pg as it is a safety concern and the men who come here to stay may not always be good. She will expect you to be okay with boys around you. In every floor only one fridge is there and since every one is using the same fridge in that floor it will be over stuffed always. aunty ignores and lies when you talk about your concerns.

Terrible experience. The owners are proper BEGGARS or THIEVES or whatever you wanna call them. I vacated Aug 2025 after staying since Jul 2024 and paid ₹15,000 as a security deposit. They didn’t return any, ignored repeated follow-ups, and have stopped responding. I’ve prepared a legal notice and will pursue recovery through the appropriate channels if the refund is not paid. The PG was dirty and not well maintained at all. Save yourself the trouble — don’t move in. This PG should be closed immediately.

I stayed at Divya Premium PG hoping for a comfortable and secure living environment, but my experience was far from what was promised. This place is highly unprofessional and poorly managed. First and foremost, they refused to return the security deposit without giving any valid reason. Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no transparency or accountability.
