Good place just outside town. Rooms are very neat and clean. Giving complimentary breakfast with sufficient variety. Price is less when compared with the hotel of this kind.

Very Disappointing Experience – Be Cautious I checked in to Room No. 206 at around 5:00 AM. At 9:20 AM, I handed over my room key card to the reception for housekeeping while heading out. However, when I returned in the evening, I found that the room was not cleaned, and worse, the door was left open. I immediately called to the reception to ask why the door was left open, but the staff had no idea and said they would "check and get back" – which is extremely unprofessional and concerning from a security perspective. This is a serious breach of trust. Do not leave your valuables in the room, and avoid handing over your room card to the reception. Additionally, there was a pricing issue. When I called to book the room, I was told the price was ₹2250 per day. However, at checkout, they charged ₹2500. Only after I provided a call recording as proof and they agreed and accepted the originally quoted price of ₹2250. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and shows a lack of transparency. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Poor service, lack of accountability, and questionable billing practices make it a place to avoid.

Exhaust fan not working in bathroom and no solution from the hotel staff. Also no proper response we feel very bad..we never recommend to this hotels for who are want stay in clean and higine atmosphere rooms.

I had a very bad experience. we had booked the room through online... That's why they have given a broken room... Bathroom sink was getting blocked by water and that stinks their was no hot water, towel , bathroom mat nothing nd the bed was dirt too... if we cal also they were not responding....So please check the room once before taking your room keys .... Only good thing was complimentary breakfast for next morning..

First of all it's quite far from Hampi and they dont even have any cab service available. Secondly if you're late for breakfast they will charge you extra plus. And even it wanst managed well. Thirdly room service is very poor and basic amenities weren't even provided. I have booked this hotel for my mother and sister and when they checked into the room ( we booked suite room) toiletries weren't provided (only 2 shampoo pouches were give) and even after asking nothing was given on that day. They have given only 1 towel and no hand towels were given. And when asked for the same they said they don't provide it. My mother had to buy it from outside. On the second day they gave handwash soaps in the name of toiletries. Even glass and water wasn't kept in the room which is pretty basic for any hotels. The breakfast menu is same everyday and the management is very poor. Today my mom and sis reached around 8:45am for breakfast(breakfast time is 8 to 10am) and they were already out of Idli. When asked about the same they said it will take time around 15-20 minutes. My mother told them that they will wait. And once it was prepared they started giving it to other people coming after them.

This Hotel service wise is too worst. If we order food it will come to you by 1 and half hour late. Room cleaning is not at all good. I stayed here n no of times. I complained to the management n no of times, but no use at all. They won't provide proper bedsheets, geaser won't work at all. Staff response is very very rude. That guy manager Prashant, always he will find some reasons to excuse.

Really bad experience, towels were stained, bathroom gets locked from inside if you are staying alone then you are so screwed, the comforter was stained and they were not willing to change and kept saying that it was changed in the morning. None of the staff wears mask, they wasted 30 min pretending that they are fixing the tv , despite giving them regular heads-up of the arrival they didn't keep anything ready.

They serve recycled, cold food.. you never get hot fresh hot food served. And they charge high price. Doesnt even desrve a single star.
