I stayed in this PG for some time, and honestly there were several issues that were never informed before joining. Many important rules and conditions are disclosed only after payment and shifting in. Some major concerns: • There is a strict rule that clothes cannot be washed after 6:30 PM, but this is never informed beforehand. • Frequent power cuts happen during both rainy season and normal days. For students or working professionals who need to study or work at night, it becomes extremely difficult. The lighting in the rooms is also very dim. Whenever complaints are raised, the owner says the electrician will come, but the issue continues for long periods. • No WiFi facility is provided. On asking about it, excuses are repeatedly given that the WiFi person is unavailable. • During summer, snakes are seen around the property, which is a serious safety concern and again not disclosed before joining. • Breakfast items are not allowed to be packed for lunch boxes. • Residents are constantly told not to use “too much water,” and people get scolded for normal usage. • Washrooms are claimed to be cleaned twice a week, but in reality cleaning happens much less frequently.
