I stayed in this PG for one day and left due to discomfort. Initially, the owner told me over the phone that a single room with an attached bathroom was available for ₹1600, but later showed a two-sharing room and asked ₹1200. Finally, I stayed for ₹1000, which was still very high, and he asked ₹500 extra just to extend the stay by 1–2 hours. I have stayed in multiple PGs in the past, and based on my experience, this felt like overcharging, especially for people who are new to the place or in urgent need of a room. The PG facilities were average and not worth the price. The owner appears polite at first but later keeps changing prices and seems very money-minded. This was my worst PG experience in Bangalore

The worst PG in RT NAGAR. Khan who looks around the PG does not Coordinate with you once you make the payment he vanish. He Charges 8,500 per person with food but you wont get proper breakfast and dinner. Indeed he gives you left over food. Very bad experience had to leave in a week itself. He wont Refund any money if you have make any advance payment.

This is not actually a PG, it is just a house. When a person comes to check the PG, the owner first says the rent is ₹5,000, but later changes his words and demands ₹7,000. There is no food facility, but he falsely claims that there is a canteen and asks for ₹1,000 extra. In reality, he points to the government Indira Canteen nearby and pretends it is his own PG canteen, but the canteen staff don’t even know him. There is no food and no parking facility. Outside the PG, there is a CCTV camera, but inside the rooms he has also fixed cameras, which is unsafe and gives no privacy. Tenants cannot even change clothes freely. Sometimes local people come inside and demand money. The owner is very money-minded and even asks tenants to pay if they want CCTV footage. He also does not provide proper payment receipts. He is running two illegal PGs—one behind this house which he operates like an OYO. He speaks very politely at first, so people get convinced, but later they realize his real nature. I have stayed here for 1 year and can confirm this place is unsafe, has no food, no parking, no proper facilities, and is only money-oriented. Don’t fall into this trap—there are many better PGs ar

Not much sophisticated PG. All are old things and as the PG itself seems like old place. Also area is bit slum not to executive bachelor's to stay and prices is also very high compared to other PG that give better living facilities. Its just business no proper facilities. My personal experience i am sharing with you guys the room is good wide space no food available in this pg btw it's not pg it's just a room to live over here cleaning service is good. Rent Price is high. So i was in 6 sharing so it was 4500 & 2000 non refundable amount with no food you need to go out on main road to eat on streets bf,lunch,dinner minimum 200 to 300 rps a day. Low salary ppls can't afford this pg. Money matters just don't pay advance without any agreement with this pg until & unless you are comfortable to be over there. Reply back Ask him in 2 room how many bathroom are there and explain to him it's called 6 sharing. First say him to do business properly then tell about education background 🤣& and guys i was there for 2 month with no agreement was done & he had taken my documents. & He makes his own rules and regulations all of sudden ask him in this month how many guys have left his pg ask him including me y did they leave the same reason. & Ask him how is he is doing business 😂 still more to say but Jo hai vo b nahi rahega. Worst experience In this pg it's a trap ask anyone in Rt nagar pgs everyone has shared me this experience..
