Zolo Chronicle - Best Paying Guest in Electronic City Phase 1

“Horrible Experience with Zolo chronicles. Firstly this place is not safe for woman at all. I was shown room no. 105 by the cleaner but kept in a different room (403) by the property manager. Room no. 403 is horrible there are men walking up and down whole night near the window and you have no privacy safety in this entire building. Rooms are full of deadly cockroaches and I spent almost 3 days of my stay just in fear and killing cockroaches and smelly rooms. The property Manager Abhinash Mandal is always pg at the tea shop and you have to keep calling him. He is an Employee not the owner. He has to take responsibility if he is working there. Absolutely no efforts and responsibility from his side. He takes no effort for anything. I complained him even about the washroom door not opening. And there is no effort taken. Horrible experience with the property and the Manager. Worst experience here. There are better places to move nearby with safety and food.”

“I am extremely disappointed with the unhygienic conditions of this PG. Due to the lack of cleanliness and proper maintenance,[there are rats everywhere] I developed a severe H. pylori infection, confirmed by an endoscopy. This infection has caused me significant health issues, including persistent chest burning for over a month. The management's neglect of basic hygiene standards has severely impacted my daily life and well-being. I strongly advise others to avoid this place if you care about your health.”

“No internet its biggest issue of this property no one takes care of if. Even if you raise tickets they are not resolved in proper time. Work from home is myth in chronicle. In Last 5 months internet fluctutions previled for first 20 to 25 days for each month and on last 2 days of every month there is 0.2mbps speed. The internet is accessible on 1st of every month and your tickets will be resolved. I am stuck here cant shift to other pg dont get time from work. If you also dont want to get stuck then please do not come here. There are many local pg which charge less and plus no electricity charges unlike zolo. If you call the management they always have a reason which will blow your mind. I this unique screen pic from may where the internet provider says that "internet is not working due to request from your(zolo) side or due to non payment" now you can intrepret from this.”
