The location of PG is good, and the area around is quite good. There are a lot of stores nearby, restaurants, and all other amenities one wants. The room is fine, but the cupboards are small, and the bathroom design is bad. The lobby is tight and smells. The owner is nice and easy to talk to and gives receipts for every payment. Getting tax documents for ITR is a problem here. The food is not good, I eat here very few times, and have to spend outside.

I stayed here for 3 months let me share pros and cons of this PG...also i will share the price at last Pros : 1)Owner is good...he will listen problems but he will take 2 days to solve any issue...overall he will solve it but you need to remind them again and again....i have seen so many complaints in other pg reviews that owner is not returning advance amount when they left but this owner is good he return back advance without any issues 2)for 2 sharing.. rooms are good not gonna good for 3 sharing as the rooms are little bit small for 3 sharing 3)washrooms are good they are maintaining well. 4)Wifi is ok...you can do the work with that speed..not an issue 5) Back up generator is there so even if power goes within 5 min generator will on 6)They will provide new pillow cover and bedsheet(which some PG's in hyd don't provide..i am repeating some PG's only) 7)You can found every necessity shops nearby or ATMs also Now coming to cons : 1)No parking area...this has been a major issue...i have vehicle and I was parking it outside...if you leave your vehicle for 2 days it will gets soo much dust...you need to buy bike cover 2)Dining hall is not soo hygenic in pictures posted by someone

I stayed here for 6 months in 2024. The rooms are good and spacious and the rent is cheaper compared to other PGs in the area, but the building is quite poorly maintained, leading to few insects in rooms, bad smell and some cracked on walls. The food is moderately good only 2 days a week rest of the days it's really bad. There was no tv in my room even though I paid same price for the rooms that did have a tv. It's not really a bad option if you don't rely on PG for food.

PG is okay. It's a new PG opposite to D. S Enterprise. Facilities includes: washing machine, hot water, daily room services (except on Sundays), common fridge in every floor, food is okay (not that good), power backup and Jio fibre wifi.

Moderately good PG, not as fancy looking as some others around but peaceful to stay. Room cleaning happens everyday except Sunday. There are 3 washing machines available to wash clothes, generator backup available for power cuts. Food is served 3 times. Wifi and electricity bills are included in the rent. Owner is friendly, listens to your concerns but takes time to respond with action.

I saw a lots of pg but in bellandur. But this pg is very good. The rooms are specious, has large window for good amount of sunlight and air flow. They clean the rooms every day. The double sharing rooms are more specious. And has a balcony too. The behavior of all the staffs are very good and they try to solve all preoblems. It has 3 washing machine at top floor. The locality is aslo good and there are lots off super market near by so one can find essential things very easily. One thing that i dont like is food. The south indian foods are good but not the north indian foods.. Other than that every thing is very good.
